I took my car in for a regular service. MB tried to upsell me for $4000 more in repairs. Not included in that package, they neglected to tell me the battery had died, and brought it to me at pick up saying, "We had to jump start it, don't stop anywhere. Go directly home." Hello? Why was I not advised of this so I could ask them for a new battery install?" Poorest service I've seen in years.
