I recently purchased a used vehicle from Lexus Richmond Hill, and it was a very pleasant experience. I dealt with Amar, and he was very professional and comfortable to deal with, and stayed late after closing to complete the purchase and accommodate my schedule. They had the vehicle cleaned and detailed and ready for showing, unlike other dealerships I had to deal with. Another staff member, Sam, took the time to show us the vehicle features and helped with the set up - he was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely go back to this dealership for future vehicle purchases and would highly recommend to my family and friends.
