Sometimes , when you buy a car ..you focus so much on the Car that you completely forget about the Service and Customer Appreciation from the Dealer. With Lexus Richmond Hill - The Customer Service is as good as the Car they deliver. I have the best experience purchasing a car from them last week and their man "Rod Roozbehani" is one of the best person I have met in this Automobile Trade across Ontario-Quebec. Period. Bought a car while sitting in Ottawa because Rod was able to bring trust and transparency in the entire transaction from the first phone call itself. He was flexible, helpful and professionally so engaging that it was a treat buying the car from them. Who checks upon the Customer that whether they have reached safely from Toronto to Ottawa. Rod does. I have no doubt that this is the culture at Lexus Richmond Hill. Guys, you have already sold me my next car :). Will be coming back soon.
