I had my service appointment and asked them to fix TPMS. After I picked up my car, I found out the TPMS gone worse because there is no number or figure in TPMS. I called the service advisor. She cannot give me a explanation and her attitude was rude, put me on hold without a word. It is unacceptable and unprofessional
