WORST EXPERIENCE AT A CAR DEALERSHIP EVER! I actually own a lexus myself was there to service it for a recall that Toyota put out (go figure I had to come in on my own time for their mistake to begin with). I was perfectly on time, and they took forever to even get me to speak with a rep, at this point I still didn't mind. Then they were supposed to give me a rental car while mine was being serviced because it was a full day job. One of their reps told me they had no cars available and to wait 5 - 10 min until one arrived. I waited 40 min and the rep didn't even care to follow up with me. Another person I was dealing with saw me and asked about the situation. By this point I had already missed an appointment in my office which cost me money and I was not happy to say the least. I told him I want my car back and left. I am seriously re considering ever purchasing a Lexus ever again in my life and family all own Benz's and now I know why. I have had better service at Mcdonalds. I strongly suggest anyone to reconsider coming to this lexus or purchasing one from this dealership.
