Before finalizing purchase of our Lexus RX350 Sport, we examined same model and other comparable vehicles at various dealerships. But when we encountered Imtiaz Cheval, we realized that he would give us honest review of RX350 models and options as well best pricing possible. We visited with Imtiaz on many occasions and spent many hours with him. He never pressured us into making a decision. We asked many questions and he patiently answered them. Still, we said we wanted more time to think over. He followed up politely and wanted to know if we had any additional questions.

Since purchasing the vehicle, we have had first factory recommended service. This gave us opportunity to experience post-purchase service, which was very satisfactory.
