i went to purchase used 2013 gs350. Booked appointment couple day ago. I was set up with used car sales man Rob or Rod. After a short test drive he told me he asked me if i was serious about buying the car and i told him if my wife likes the car i am willing to pay cash . Then he mentions he has to do deal with a car delivery. As my wife and I was sitting in the car he sent out another sales person with a customer who asked me for the key of the car while we were in it. I felt humiliated that i would get treated this way. maybe its a sales tactic he used to push me to purchase the car. I went to dvn lexus and spoke to Bob bai and purchased a 2013 gs350 from that location. My advise is when a customer who is going to buy a vehicle maybe show a little more respect. I will not recommend any of my friends or family to buy from this lexus.
