This is a very late review, but I bought a GS350 last Feb, 2016. I had a good experience with Dillon Hu, who I was referred to from a friend. Even though he could have taken advantage since I did mention that I'm new to buying from a dealership, but I felt very comfortable, and even took the time to come and deliver the car on the same day that he was celebrating Chinese New Year, I asked him many time I can come the next day as I didn't want to disturb his celebration, but he insisted that it was ok and I can come and get the car, I think that was very much over and beyond the expected customer service. Unfortunately that car became a write-off 365 days later, so I will be going back there to get another car.

I went to the same dealership for most of the year for service, and was very happy with everyone that I came in contact with. One great event was when they invited us for Lexus Track day and got to ride some of the sports cars at high speed at Mosport. This family of dealer ships really knows how to keep customers.

I may or may not be able to deal with them this time only due to not having what I'm looking for in the pre-owned inventory, but I'm trying my best to stick to this dealership, I might just end up buying something less preferable in order to stick to this dealership, lets see...
