As a new Lexus customer, we were blown away by the exceptional service provided by our sales associate, Katie Kong, and the rest of the staff. Katie was very attentive to our needs in helping us choose the right car for our family, and worked with us to reach a price that we were all happy about. She was very knowledgeable about the product and explained all of the features during the test drive, and helped us get the most out of the car right out of the gate.
