Kasra was our sales rep for my dream car. He was very nice, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. Edit. When I got my car they had "replaced" my windshield (which I had to pay extra for) but the side panel that acts as the seal wasn't properly installed and popped out 3 months after purchase. I called back a few times with no response. I had my dad glue it down Macgyver style... I was buying into a used car so I will settle, but I did pay for the "labour" for the installation of this new windshield. Feels like wasted $$. If this was a new car, I would be very upset and ready to Hulk smash.
