Writing a review has been on my mind for many months (since April), but I just did not have the chance to do so until now. My experience at Richmondhill Lexus was very positive! I saw a 2015 RX 350 on their website, called the dealership and spoke to Amar Verma. I made an appt. to drive in from Oakville to see the vehicle. I met Amar, he was very gracious in making me feel comfortable as well as taking the time to take me for a long test drive and answering all my questions. Never once did I feel rushed for anything.
Long story a little shorter, I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Amar had promised me that the RX would be in like brand new condition when I came back in to pick it up! He did not disappoint. The RX looked like new. I mentioned to him that the vehicle was for my wife. He arranged for the RX to have a bow on the hood of the car and to Bring the RX out front to surprise her! It all worked out and she was thrilled! I would definitely recommend Amar as a salesperson to work with as well as the dealership as a whole. Everyone that I met at the dealership to finalize the purchase was very friendly and helped out greatly. Until next time...
