My experience with this dealership has been very pleasant so far, i bought a CPO Lexus RX 350 about a month back and Amar (sales manager) assisted me with the process of trading in my old vehicle and finding me the perfect replacement. He was very professional and transparent in his dealings, he made sure i was aware of each and every penny they charged me and the reason behind it. Something unheard of from dealerships, it was truly a refreshing experience. The entire team at Lexus of Richmond Hill is great and very pleasant to deal with, they go the extra mile to make their customers happy.
