I recently purchased my used (2012) Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Richmond Hill. The sales rep. Mr. Kumar Uthayakumar was so patient, helpful and professional in getting my satisfaction while choosing my desired car. I can say he is well experienced in customer caring and treating you like a genuine car owner!
I still haven't started taking advantage of their "Services", but I hope to leave satisfied reviews on their great services quite soon as I've heard great from quality of Lexus Services in GTA!
