First became a customer at this dealership in 2017. I was a first time car buyer and was very happy with my experience. Luiza was my rep and she was wonderful. Forward to 2020, traded in my lease and bought another car from this dealership. Dylan Moffat was my sales associate as well as their financial manager Sandra Giampolo were the ones that sold me my new vehicle. Lexus was to refund me a deposit that was given to them when i picked up my car, however because they do not refund at the actual location, they opt to send you a cheque. It has been a month and no refund. On that note, i was double charged on a payment that was also supposed to be refunded - that did not happen either. I have e-mailed twice and have texted by sales rep so many times. For new buyers, please go to a dealership that does not do this. When you're making large purchases customer service should be their number one priority. Needless to say this dealership seems to just want to take your money. Once you buy your car their is no responsibility on their end. Buyer beware.
