Nice cars, pity about the arrogant service attitude. This is my first Lexus. I have had 2 Mercedes in the past and 2 Acuras and these guys are the only ones that ask you for your wallet (warranty or not) if you bring in your car with a question. Example: grinding squeeling noise from brakes in reverse, while well within warranty. Is this normal? Their response: If we don't find a problem (as we define it), we will charge you $......in other words, get lost. Like I said, love my IS, but would never go here for service. Will try Northwest Lexus or back to Mercedes Thornhill (amazing service attitude) or Acura Thornhill or Roy Foss Cadillac next time.
