However, we did experience issues with the Finance Department. This was very rushed and unprofessional. The Financial Services Manager was constantly telling us of how busy she was and that there were four other people waiting behind us. When we were reading the Vehicle Purchase Agreement we caught a few inconsistencies that needed correction and she made remarks about us taking too long to read the contract before signing it. We emailed the General Manager, Nadeer Rana, with a polite message outlining the negative experience we had with that department at his location. To our amazement, to this date, Nadeer hasn't even acknowledge us by replying. We find this to be extremely unprofessional and would not return to this dealership because of his action, or lack thereof. For this reason we have decided to break up our review in two parts in order to rate the Sales Associate and the Dealership accurately.
