I recently bought a IS 300 from Lexus of Richmond Hill and I will say the service from Riley Huang and Wilson Leung were exceptional. Riley took the time to schedule around my time on multiple occasions to first inspect, test drive, and even stayed later than usual to accommodate my time. Riley also helped negotiate the final price and included additional perks/gifts as well. Wilson was also thoroughly detailed during the paperwork process and explained every detail regarding the purchase, ownership, and maintenance of the car. The car physically has a few issues however Riley was able to schedule proper care and a rental for the downtime without the car. Overall the experience so far is exceptional and I would recommend the dealership to friends and family.
