Our car buying experience with Amar Verma at Lexus of Richmond Hill was a very pleasant one. Amar was very helpful. He explained all features of the car, then took us for a test drive, explaining various interior instrument panel items, and how to operate them.
When we returned to the showroom, unlike other car salesman, Amar told us to go for lunch, think over, and only if we were fully comfortable, then to come back to discuss the deal in detail. There was no pressure to make a decision right away. We had some questions, and he clarified with detailed explanation.
We found Amar Verma to be knowledgeable, pleasant, polite, respectful, honest, and a man of integrity and decency. In him, we found confidence and trust.
