DO NOT TRUST this company. I purchased their Sarantino 3-Seater Corner Sofa Bed Storage Chaise Couch Faux Leather Black - online on MyDeal and paid $ 914.50 including shipping. This is a heavy sofa came in two packages. When the product was delivered the driver advised that they deliver products only to the ground floor. I live in an apartment and lifts are available in the building. The driver advised he could only bring the product to the mail box interlock of the building and they do not have insurance to bring the product in the lift. The driver said that I will have to organize myself to take the product to the apartment. The product is extremely heavy and I do not have a suitable trolley to transport the product. This information was not mentioned anywhere on their web site. If this information was available I wouldn't have made this purchase. When I asked for a refund the company advised that they will refund the cost of the product minus shipping cost x 2 as they are required to ship the product back to the warehouse. I made the purchase due to the false advertising of the company. The customer service is so unhelpful and rude. I had to lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria and VCAT to get a refund.

Pretty poor so far. Order was listed as dispatched a week ago, yet not arrived. Called their service line (after the online chat wasn't responding btw) asking for an update. They didn't know where it was, and apparently hadn't been provided a shipping number by the supplier. Promised to contact within 24 hours, but not holding my hopes up.

Update over 24 hours later - no call, as expected. Spoke to someone on live chat who basically just told me to give them a call tomorrow. Joke of a company, terrible customer service.

Update at 48 hours - Called again. Was told they would call their supplier and then contact me. Apparently the item they've sold they don't actually keep in stock, and ship directly from the supplier - something I really don't care about as I'm Klika's customer, and just want my item. Still haven't been contacted.

Update 11 days since my order was placed: Called again, as I STILL hadn't been called back. Another person has told me the exact same thing, that they'll escalate it to managament and contact me with updates... I'm not holding my breath, seeing as I haven't received a call back yet from anybody there.

12 Days since my order: Called again, because unsurprisingly, I still hadn't been contacted by them. Lovely woman in customer service offered a resend or refund. Requested a refund as I'm done dealing with this joke of a company. She told me she will contact the supplier one last time and.... you guessed it.... e-mail or call me back.

Thirteen days since my order was placed, I finally have a tracking number which doesn't even work. I find it pretty pathetic that I've had to wait two weeks for this, and it's only after requesting a refund that the tracking number is provided... I get a feeling it wasn't even sent. Contacted Klika and they tell me they need to verify the shipping number and...... e-mail or call me to confirm. Not holding my breath.

We are at fifteen days since my order was placed. I have had to call AGAIN as I had received no call or e-mail back. Spoke to yet another person who has has promised to call me back either tonight or Tuesday. Absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely appalling. Perhaps I just need to go into their office and just wait until they have an answer for me?

Customer service is horrible! Do not order from here! We received 8 out of 9 parts of our order and the last part has still not arrived! We have been calling this company every day to chase up where it is and everyday they say they will call back and they have not once called back like promised! Staff are rude and not helpful at all.. we are still waiting for our item and a call back! Manager particularly was hopeless!!!

Terrible experience, do not order from these people, bought a trampoline, product is poor quality, parts missing, they sent out a replacement part and that was wrong, customer care team shocking, rude too, they put the phone down on me twice and won t let me speak to a supervisor. AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY.

Very disappointed with my experience with Klika, although the item was dispatched promptly, there was an issue with only receiving 1 of 2 parcels.
Klika blamed Toll, Toll blamed Klika.
Klika customer service suggested that because they had a photo of the outgoing goods, it was not their fault, Toll suggested as there was no driver pick up manifest, it was not their fault.

Customer service team would give me the generic response, we will speak to the warehouse manager, we will investigate and return with an answer by close of business, this did not occur on 2 separate occasions.
I never received any kind of correspondence from Klika, apart from a generic response of "We will advise as soon as possible with an update"
This did not happen.

I waited 8 days and only received notification of a replacement upon contacting Klika (again) I expect I will have the product ordered no sooner than 14 days after purchase.

When asked about compensation for the time taken and the lack of communication, I was told it was not the fault of Klika and they do not offer any kind of compensation.

This has cost me money, with the hiring of the item I purchased now costing me more than the purchase itself.

Use caution, I would have no faith in purchasing from klika again.

In addition, I was informed the parcel would be sent out by COB today... surprise surprise... It wasn't.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Ordered Klika product via Kogan. Yukon 8 tonne wood splitter.
1st one never arrived, then when it did was damaged. Picked up new product myself on Christmas eve to ensure my husband had a Christmas present.
Product would barely split wood and after 2nd or 3rd attempt, broke. Have now been told it is not covered by warranty as external damage.
"External damage" caused when the machine wouldn't split basic pieces of wood it was designed for.
A costly, almost, $300 for scrap metal.
Very disappointing customer service. No refund or replacement offered, just "bad luck"

After seeing the great reviews here, I am so disappointed with the delivery of my items. I have arranged for it to be delivered days before and confirmed as well. I also took time off to receive the delivery! At 5pm close of business day I had to ring the company myself to chase up on the delivery only to be told it has to be delivered tomorrow

This is unacceptable

Now we are going to have to find someone to be here to receive the items on the next day and I'm not even sure now if they're going to be here on time!!

Moreover, what really pissed me off was the fact that I HAD TO RING TO FIND OUT. This company doesn't even have the courtesy to call me to inform me. If I didn't ring, who knows what time im going to be waiting till ?!?!?!

And this is PAID DELIVERY OF $90 !!!

Not happy and not going to order from here again.

On March 20th I made a purchase of a Powertrain press bench. At that time I didn't know Powertrain belong to Klika, but when I received the confirmation and tracking number it came from Klika.
I got the product and try to assembly, then I found out that there was a missing part that prevents me from full assembly the bench.

On March 26th I contacted the guarantee team to request the missing part, the team arranged to deliver the missing part, after several days awaiting on April 6th I receive a package with the wrong parts, which means that I couldn't assembly the bench and have to claim again on April 7th about the missing parts.
It is today April 20th, and I still didn't receive the parts and still can't finish to assembly the bench.

As a summary, after one month I still can't finish to assembly the bench, this is a terrible customer experience...

Terrible quality products! Don't purchase the Wallaroo 3m x 3m marquee. I recently purchased one and the cross beams broke within six uses. They simply cracked in half where the bracket and screw sits. Emails were sent to request a replacement or refund, along with photos showing the breaks, but the customer service team only offered to give us discounted replacement parts.
The terms and conditions on their website state they will provide a refund/replacement where there has been a major failure in a product. We mentioned this to them a number of times, as this is Australian consumer law, however they kept insisting they could only offer replacement parts.
Completely untrustworthy business, which has no interest in customer rights. Seriously, don't give these guys your business.

Do not buy the 15 ton Yukon splitter, they have now replaced 3 rams on mine because they bend...... Yes bent ram it's a design fault, now heading to court chasing my money, its interesting to see the alleged fake reviews cluttering their feedback to bring up their score, buyer beware, full refund given from Klika after it was returned to them, I am only out of pocket about 4 hours of time to prep and $60 packaging cost, they didn't make it easy to get my money back

First there website says they have stock which they don't. when I asked for a refund they told me it would take between 24 and 72 hours to show up in my account after that time and it wasn't in my account I spoke to customer care and they told me it should be in your account soon when I speak to him the following day they told me 3 to 5 working days on the fifth day when I went to complain again I finally received an email saying that the money will be in my account within the next 12 to 24 hours which I should have received an email the first time I complained but I didn't get one and now they are telling me I need to wait another 12 to 24 hours before it's in my account. I recommend people not buy off this site because they just a bunch of money-grubbing liars that will hold your money for as long as possible which I have no idea why. They can sit there and say that it has to do because of the virus and the fact is there short-staffed but that isn't the case because when I went to go purchase something on their website it wouldn't let me purchase it and then when I refresh my page that was sold out but the other thing I purchased they said they still had stock and to make matters worse I wasn't notified at all that I wasn't going to get what I originally asked for in the appropriate time they wanted me to wait 3 months before that next stock arrived

Absolutely terrible to deal with - support email you back straight away until you ask for a refund, then nothing for days! I wish I'd had the time to think about reading reviews before ordering a product I needed urgently. I had to purchase from elsewhere so have now paid for 2 x items but still have not received my order from Klika, nor a response to my refund request. Klika use a dodgy courier company which haven't updated the tracking in 4 business days or even have a contractor listed for my area to contact. Have been advised over the phone that they will process my refund as soon as the courier confirms they're not going to deliver the order - when asking for confirmation that there will be no re-stocking fee deducted they couldn't give me an answer! Glad I paid via PayPal and will be able to open a dispute if they try anything else dodgy.

My order is now 2 weeks overdue and still i have no present for my kids. Terrible service by a company using a unprofessional cowboy courier company which also has diabolical reviews. Shame on you!

Read others reviews on the Yukon 8 ton log splitter,and decided to purchase one to save my old back.
Used it for two hours to date reducing large Jarra WA supplied fire wood.
Magic machine has one helluva lot of grunt and split every thing I threw at it.
Just one wee complant,could do with a ram limiter,but other than that Im glad I bought it.
When push comes to shove I would buy another one when the time comes.

Please read all bad reviews and you will come to know. You will experience if you deal with Klika . Not professional , they will be rude with you after they mess with your purchase. Better buy from genuine seller . Such selling come should be locked soon as they are fraud company. Good reviews are posted by their own people. Careful

Brought a trampoline, didn't receive the pieces to even assemble said trampoline. Have called them in excess of 6 times over the period of a week, with numerous emails back and forth. Klika have STILL not rectified the issue and now I'm stuck with half a trampoline thats basically rubbish.

Incredibly frustrated with how hard they are making this situation when I have requested and specified the exact parts I'm missing at least 7 times.

Would never recommend to anyone and don't ever intend to buy from them again.

Called customer service department few times and sent email to their warranty department stating the issue but everytime the response is that they will call or email me but no answer. Seems like they are not interested in fixing the issue and apparently their warranty department takes 24 hours to respond to ur email. I will be returning the car to their store and will never buy anything from these guys.

Used this company via after pay and received the goods, inside the treadmill box was a slip saying if I wanted instructions I had to spend $2.00 online to buy them and my mum did it without me knowing, they sent her the wrong instructions and she ended up figuring out our treadmill herself. Two days passed and she checked her account and they have taken another $50.00 from her. SCAM. Complained to after pay and am struggling to contact Klika.

Waste of time. I ordered two items and both showed in stock with a time frame to be dispatched. Post this date the order showed a status update "picking to send". The delivery date came and went and then I followed up - one part of the order was delivered and the other was all of a sudden out a stock and a refund given. Very frustrated only having half of the things I ordered.

Absolutely terrible customer service. It's taken 3 months of constant emailing to Kilka support to organise a return for a faulty head on a vacuum cleaner purchased through mydeal.com ! I cannot believe this company.
After 30 days of no response from my initial email, I sent another.
They advised me to upload videos to show the fault.
Their response was they no longer get the heads in.
Why is that ?
I was given no reason. 2 months on I was advised to send them the entire vacuum back at my cost. After arguing with them and reporting them directly to mydeal.com, they replied with a response of sending me a label in the mail. That never showed. It still hasn't shown up.
I was emailed a Australia post postage label yesterday.
I wish I never purchased the product from them.
Their customer service is beyond terrible.
3 whole months and the solution is emailing me a postage label they could of done on day one !

I haven't used the item yet but it appears well made.I have an issue with mounting it to the chassis of my trailer.I don't want to drill holes through the galvanised chassis and therefore need to design and make a bracket to attach it with u bolts the same as other manual jockey wheels. An offer to purchase an optional bracket designed for this type of mounting would be ideal. I want to use it on a caravan and also a trailer so the changeover needs to be convenient.

Do not bother buying from this company!! i got an iphone which was faulty, after returning the iphone i have been waiting over 5 months for a refund. When i call they say they will contact the supplier and get back to me in 24hours but this never happens.

As you can see by the photo attached this issue was brought to their attention towards the start of the year..Still haven't got my refund..

Ordered a bulky item at start of Dec to be delivered after the new year. Paid $140 for shipment to Tas. Staff advised to order in advance to avoid missing out on stock. Shipment was released as promised on 31/12 but on 3/1 it arrived at a depot in Vic and has been stuck there since (9 days) and no one can tell me why. It's taken me repeated calls over 5 days to get any update (no one was getting back to me) only to finally be told an updated ETA won't be provided for another two days. We are leaving the delivery location for 3 months at the end of the week and it's not looking like it will arrive in time. There seems to be no sense of urgency on the part of the courier and the lack of response or follow-up on Klika's behalf was disappointing. A frustrating outcome when a 3 week window was provided for delivery and so far all parties have failed to achieve even that. Avoid.

An easy purchase on line for a replacement trampoline mat, however the mat didn't fit, we measured as instructed on the web site and selected the mat that was the right size with the same amount of loops for the springs. When it turned up it didn't fit so we called to be told that the mats only fit the klika trampolines and don't fit any others brands. This was a bit of a let down as this isn't stated anywhere on the website, it does state the 30% restocking fee for returns which we have no option of, just a little annoyed that the mat didn't fit following the website instructions, nor any references to only Klika brand trampolines. Don't purchase to replace a mat if your frame isn't a Klika brand.

WOW what a joke!!! we have been email back and forth and agreed to send the item back and pay the 30% restocking fee. Ask them to send me a return address or return shipping label on 16th of May 2019, now 15days past they have been ignoring my emails. NO REPLY at all.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE !!!!!!I had to give a star to leave feedback but honestly ....WOW!!!! i'm impressed on how bad thsi experience was.....we advised them what we were after, gave them the dimensions of what was required.... oh yes yes we have this and we have them in stock ready to leave the following day . .... AWESOME !!! we thought !! well well well ...... 2 weeks later ..... call them and they do not know where the freight is.... oh sorry we don't have it in stock ..should hav eit next week.....3weeks later (mind due the deal was to get the freight within5 days, so we were told) still nothing ... oh it will be dispatch next week... the Towsville happened then noone woudl tell us where th efreight was ..... 5 days after ther roads we reopen.... we will call you back they said... 4 times they said that ..... I ordered a trampoline from Klika and it arrived with a broken part. I contacted Klika and they immediately dispatched a replacement part along with a spare. Really good follow up and communication and the trampoline is great too

The worst online shopping experience.

The worst online shopping experience.
Purchased a 4 seater chaise couch. Could tell the quality upon unpacking was terrible.
3 weeks after purchase, 3 people sitting on the couch, when suddenly the couch began to cave in and snapped.
Email sent to warranty team @ Klika with photos, receipt & detailed explanation. Klika offered a 50% partial refund for us to keep the couch & fix it.
The couch is unfixable and why would I want to invest more time and money when this shouldn't have happened in the first place. Especially after 3 weeks. Having not agreed to this & requesting a full refund,
Klika requested I package the couch up, and they will arrange to have it collected, assess it then decide whether or not they will refund me more.
The issue with this is:
- How do I package a 4 seater couch? Spend MY money on packaging?
- How do you take time off when you work full time to arrange to sit at home and wait for a courier.
- And why would I waste my time doing this knowing they will try and tell me the couch is fixable and only offer me partial refund again.

This is simply not good enough.
I have requested to drop the couch directly to their store in oakleigh and be given a refund there and then. To save any confusion or accidental transport damages by the courier service. Despite multiple emails asking to do this, they are simply dodging my question & requesting me to package the couch, ready for courier collection. By the time I actually get my refund, I'm sure my warranty would have ran out! Do not recommend any of their couches or sofa beds!

Shocking customer service! Ordered a tool I needed for the weekend on a Tuesday assuming it would be more than enough time since their listing stated 2 - 5 days and we are 30 mins away. Phoned on the Friday and was fobbed off, I asked whether I could come in and buy the same tool and return the other one when it arrived and was told there would be a 20% restock fee. Opened a dispute on the Monday, again was fobbed off and asked to wait, I stated I needed time to purchase the tool elsewhere if I they could not deliver by the weekend as I had already wasted one weekend. Phoned Thursday was told couriers had lost previous one and a new one had been dispatched which I would receive that afternoon. Phoned Friday, was told they don't know when it will be delivered and can't promise anything. Absolute waste of my time. Should have bought it elsewhere.
