Yes bent ram it's a design fault, now heading to court chasing my money, its interesting to see the alleged fake reviews cluttering their feedback to bring up their score, buyer beware, full refund given from Klika after it was returned to them, I am only out of pocket about 4 hours of time to prep and $60 packaging cost, they didn't make it easy to get my money back
