Ordered kids electric car and when I assembled it, it didn't work. Called customer service department few times and sent email to their warranty department stating the issue but everytime the response is that they will call or email me but no answer. Seems like they are not interested in fixing the issue and apparently their warranty department takes 24 hours to respond to ur email. I will be returning the car to their store and will never buy anything from these guys.
