Absolutely terrible customer service. It's taken 3 months of constant emailing to Kilka support to organise a return for a faulty head on a vacuum cleaner purchased through mydeal.com ! I cannot believe this company.
After 30 days of no response from my initial email, I sent another.
They advised me to upload videos to show the fault.
Their response was they no longer get the heads in.
Why is that ?
I was given no reason. 2 months on I was advised to send them the entire vacuum back at my cost. After arguing with them and reporting them directly to mydeal.com, they replied with a response of sending me a label in the mail. That never showed. It still hasn't shown up.
I was emailed a Australia post postage label yesterday.
I wish I never purchased the product from them.
Their customer service is beyond terrible.
3 whole months and the solution is emailing me a postage label they could of done on day one !
