Products are average quality but cheaper than other places. Trampoline kept falling apart. Poorly designed.

Waited 30mins past opening time before someone actually came to open warehouse. Signage to pick up trampoline was terrible, ended up having to go to goods delivery for pick up. However, the person that was there was helpful.

Would never use these guys again, customer service is horrible, communication terrible, completely un repentant.... will be ensuring none of my friends, cam or colleges ever use this site again.

I bought the ionizer as I had purchased one before. This time I am disappointed as the product only seems to be blowing air and has no effect in my apartment as the last one did. I also put the spare tube to see if that would work, the ionizing smell lasted about 10 minutes and then just normal blowing air again. Hoping Klika will resolve this problem. Delivery was fast and prompt.

Im ordered using eBay..reliable, cheapest items and lots of selection and easy to communicate as well.Happy when my order delivers on time even in a peak season only few day to Xmas

Their warranty service is almost none. Need some parts to assembly my cabinet and I was told for warranty claim, I can only send email to them, no phone call, no site visit(I was in the shop). The most ridiculous part of was it normally takes at least 2 days for their warranty staff to reply your email.

Would never buy from this company again.
Ordered a trampoline, to be told the trampoline was delivered when it wasn't, I disputed the situation only to be told its not their issue. No refund or even the slightest compassion from the company or toll, even though Tolls delivery docket was signed 'NIL' which stands for NO ITEM LEFT confirmed by Toll. I'm out of pocket $400.00, still no item and both Klika and Toll won't take any responsibility. Never again will I order through this company!!!

Follow up - After placing a review, It was responded to requesting me to contact the company which I did, only to be told the same thing.
Joanna would barely let me speak and kept talking over me.
She couldn't even state the correct dates, which I had on the invoice, basically been told I'm wrong.
Once again the company told me there's nothing they can do, I shouldn't of even bothered calling as it didn't resolve anything AGAIN

Was a great experience overall. Posted really fast and protected really well. Would be very happy to use again in the future.

Items stock levels on website are not correct. Placed an order for items showing up as in stock on the website. Only to discover a few weeks later the items are now pre-sale and back ordered for a couple months later.
Why bother putting stock levels on the website if its not accurate?

They have such a huge variety of stock. I purchased a mattress topper online and picked it up 1 hour later. Also the price was way under half of other store's.

Purchased a couch poor quality mounting brackets don't line up so you can't put the sides of the couch on legs screw in crooked it's flimsy such poor quality I don't know how it can be put on the market then when you contact klika they won't take any responsibility and pick the couch up and refu d the money extremely poor to deal with they have been sent the evidence to support the poor quality of their products and will not do anything to try and keep customer happy after 2 weeks if being blown off I have contacted the ombudsman and will continue to take your poor item and customer service to social media because In the end if I can't get my money back I'll do my best to stop other people being ripped off big thumbs down absolutely disgraceful

They tell you to go select your free gift then make it dependent on receiving marketing spam from them. I dont appreciate deceptive marketing.

Selling me a faulty item, I had to send them 100 of photos and videos for them to accept the return. It's been now 3 weeks they have received the item and they refusing to refund! How is this business still running?! Worst costumer service and over priced bad quality China made products

Item fitted description and arrived in good order and condition.

Service was good 5star .. product ok .. frame and top cover seems quality , sides are poor quality .. 3star ... would buy again if price suited product .. thanks

NEVER ORDER WITH Klika!!! Ordered a Christmas present $652.00 on 8th December, I have called & emailed several times to follow up, with them saying yes I will have it for Christmas its now 5pm on 23rd Dec & still no delivery. After another phone call today they said 'Oh sorry, I will speak with our courier & call you back tomorrow.' Ummm tomorrow if no delivery arrives it will be to late, so no Christmas present for us this year. WILL NEVER ORDER WITH KLIKA again, very very disappointing.

Very prompt service and delivery excellent product . Husband is delighted with his log splitter , says it is going through the logs like butter with loads of power .

I purchased an outdoor lounge chair on eBay and the transaction was flawless. Ordered it on Monday and it arrived on Friday, just in time for me to sunbake on my terrace this warm weekend. Communication was constant and delivery updates were accurate. The lounge chair itself is perfect and I can t wait to lay down outside on it and catch some vitamin D during this stage 4 lockdown.
