Recently brought an electric blanket, arrived super quick, fits perfect and is so soft, love it.

Bought a rowing machine, after buying I received an email because I was elegible for a free gift. The free gift never arrived. The rowing machine was faulty and very bad quality. Sent pictures to customer support and they didn't solve anything. Terrible experience, not recommended.

I would never recommend doing business with Klika. If l can give a zero rating l would. I recently bought a elliptical trainer and deposited $236 cash. I received the elliptical trainer on December the 20th I assembled it by the 24th of December l realised the machine was jamming and their was no resistance and intensity. I emailed them straight away with video evidence they did not get back to me for a while I had to repeatly email and call them (over six times) they said l can return it after the holiday period. They were closed over the holiday period which ended the 2nd of January 2018. I physically went to the Klika site and manually returned the machine driving approximately an hour to get there. The manager originally refused to see me. I had to stay and wait over an hour finally she came she said she tried the machine and nothing was wrong with it. She was not willing to speak or negotiate with me, she told she was not willing to give me a cash refund. She was rude and placed her hand in front of my face saying no refund l found this confronting. My brother had to call and speak to some else from the Klika company on the phone to negotiate a deal that within seven days of testing the machine they will reply and decide if to give me a refund but they can not give me the money right away even though I am physically their. I will notify you how that goes. I would not recommend purchasing from Klika as it is impossible to get a full cash refund. It is better to go to a well known website that is lenient to returns and refunds as when you spend money at Klika if your not satisfied with the product you will not get a cash refund. So you will be a wasting your time, money, effort all you will have for it is a faulty product.

Your delivery is terrible, I've been waiting a whole week to receive my package, I apparently missed the knock on the door on Monday, thinking my package was going to now take 2-3 days to be Melbourne to Melbourne, only to find that they had put the delivery slip wedged between the skirting of my door where it could have been easily lost with my tracking number. Ive tried clicking on the redeliver and was meant to receive my package on Friday. Nothing has still arrived to my door and I've been home all day. I went to check the tracking and it still says its at the depot and awaiting my instructions to redeliver, is the site not working or something??? I never write reviews but then again I've never not received my stuff within the allocated time frame, considering I placed this order the Friday before. I'm appalled and getting sick and tired of this. Moving houses next week and I'm unsure if I'll ever get this now. Thanks for ruining my week.

I have no idea how this company is in business, they accepted my money nearly $200 for 1 chair, 4 weeks has passed and still no delivery. Customer service is pathetic. NEVER order from this company. I am sad i had to click on 1 star to post this.

We ordered black sofa from their website and on the purchase form, we clearly asked for the item to be left behind the gate when they deliver it. What happened, the delivery had issue and the courier said that Klika didn't communicate the instructions to them, so we had to call Klika so that Klika can then communicate with the courier. But it still didn't work out well. Had Klika take customer inquiry or at least read any messages sent, this wouldn't have happened. If you are looking for seller who has communications and Delivery issue on every step of the way, avoid Klika with all cost.

Postage of kahuna 12ft rainbow trampoline was prompt very quick. I cannot say anything bad about the service though i cant say anythi g about quality of product till christmas.

Queen size bed with gas assisted storage bought June 20 .... extremely happy with it, actually better quality than expected, a bit worried that our mattress too heavy for it but no, all good postage pretty good, a few days later than expected but, reality check (go Covid19) nothing to complain about. A good value for money purchase, perfect to set up our spare room, highly recommend .....

I ordered the log splitter on Sunday evening 2nd and it arrived at home Tuesday 4th in the morning.
I find this very amazing in this Covid-19 timeslot.
Disappointing when I unpacked the machine that I checked the hydraulic and found that there was none and rang the contact number to be told that I had to go buy it from a store which again was going to be a bit dicey with restrictions now in place and a 5 km limit in Melbourne
Any way hope to get it going tomorrow.

I purchased an Elliptical cross-trainer from Klika which had a faulty front wheel. Their warranty and customer service team did not respond to any emails or telephone calls during the 2.5 months I tried to get a replacement. I took it back for repairs once, but when I brought it home, the wheel was still broken, and the product itself was scratched and damaged. Today, I finally I gave up, returned the product and requested a refund. I will not be using Klika again. I'd give them 0 stars if possible.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! they have THE WORST customer service and do not deliver to anything not on the ground floor (quite pointless if you've bought a 40kg rowing machine and live on the third floor) TERRIBLE

Cheap(ish) prices equals really cheap quality products in the case. Missing screws, rounded screws, damaged components... and no, this was not due to shipping as the box was in fin condition on arrival.
Please don't spend your hard earned cash on a dodgy place like this. We were naive enough to try them (too good to be true?) and regret it heavily - money down the drain for us

This item was faulty and i have explained it a few times, the belt wears out and the resistance knob was broken when i received the item Powertrain 5-in-1 Elliptical cross trainer bike with Dumbbell Sets . They will not attend to my issue. Vrry disappointed and certainly do not recommend them.

Terrible customer service.

Bought a home gym, found out some parts were asymmetrical and some moving parts were banging into each other. Sent details and photos to customer support and they didn't solve anything.

Klika dragged their feet for weeks and didn't send out anyone to fix the problem. They offered a refund, which would mean I'd have to disassemble a home gym that took 6 hours to assemble and ship back 70 kg of parts at my expense.

Do not buy from Klika, unconscionable business practices that contravene consumer guarantees.

My Father ordered a 88kg log splitter was purchased and shipped to a regional town. When the package was not delivered when advised, no-one took ownership to track down the package and was a business to business blame game. Well, he was the one who had already paid for the item and had to spend several hours on the phone chasing it. Then when it did eventually arrive late yesterday, it had just been placed on a pallet with a bit of plastic wrap over it, and half a box over the top. The courier truck wasn't even equipped with any lifting capabilities for an 88kg package. There was no manual, and the item was damaged. I understand that errors happen, and packages go missing, but not to take ownership of the issue Klika and then sort it out with the Shipping company is poor service. Klika are the ones who already had his money. For it to arrive on the truck with plastic wrap, and half off the pallet, part of a box thrown over the top of it, no manual, and damaged (a steel section 3.2mm thickness bent) is appalling. When my father called Klika that there was no manual (he is over 65 and doesn't have email) he was advised that they are not able to print a copy and post it to him. Very, very poor Klika. Perhaps you should look at righting a wrong!

Very disappointed in Klicka. Their stuff is cheap and falls apart. Despite using a garden appliance once the engine cuts out Klicka will not admit liability and customer service is poor. Friends and family will not buy from again and I recommend others don't as well. Learnt my lesson and will buy from Bunnings again in the future.

Bought a home trainer bench press, very impressed with service as it was on pre order expecting time was early July but received updates within a week to advise it was on its way. Received it and as I put the bench press togather I found a part missing, advised their customer service who got onto it straight way with their warranty department, received notification to advise part was on its way. 2 days later, got the missing part. Very happy with service also quality is very good. Thank you Robin Customer service who dealt with my order.

As I'm a manager in the retail industry, on behalf of the company i work for ill be advising our management team to NOT have anything to do with the " KLIKA ", company due to very bad service - and warranty etc!!

Bought a cardio trainer branded as PowerTrain during lockdown. Poor quality - loose chain keeps on dropping and very noisy. 10+ emails exchanged with Klick but ended up that "It's normal" and I have to fix it myself!!!

I bought a replacement trampoline mat from Klika.. Free delivery, great price AND arrived super-fast! I'd never heard of Klika before but would shop again and highly recommend.

VERY disappointing experience. I have bought a treadmill from Klika in May 2019 and it delivered not working. About one month later, they replaced it. And in April 2020 it is not working again. I called for warranty and they always say I will come to you before end of today , but they never did.

I think for others who has same problem, may try fair trading VIC. I will try to make a complain and share what happens here.

We ordered the Kahuna 14ft trampoline which arrived a few days later. The instructions were impossible to download but a quick call to customer service resulted in them being emailed immediately. However, putting the trampoline together was very difficult. The instructions were not explicit and the screws were unlabelled, didn t quite fit with the washers and were really difficult to get on. My main complaint came when we needed to attach the cross bars which were constructed from the same black tubing as the main trampoline. When one slides the cross bar into position, it can only be done by scratching the heck out of the main trampoline. The powder coated covering scratched very easily and by the time we had finished all the cross bars, the trampoline looked like it was five years old already. We checked and re checked the instructions and followed them to the letter. There was no way of performing this task without scratching the bars badly. So disappointing. Applying the outer netting was a nightmare as well - whereby one had to remove every third spring ( once they d all been installed and the pad had been tied on, again following the steps in the directions). This darn nearly killed me and could only be done by crawling underneath the trampoline. There were no direction on how this should be done and I finally found the only technique that could work. By the end I was exhausted. Is there no other way to construct the trampoline to make installation a touch easier?

When buying the item there is a note section and I put the instructions on where to put the item when the delivery comes, it turns out the instructions was ignored and the delivery company wasn't even aware of it.

Felt I got duped. Purchased an item, then Klika told me I would have to wait a few weeks, but a while later, they refunded the item and I was told I could buy it at the new, (higher) price. The directors SCOTT GLADSTON, LEO ZAITSEV & BORIS ZAITSEV need to get their act together.

Do not waste your time. Initially was excited about this company/product then received the item which was not the quality they stated it to be (broken) so contacted them to get a refund (I would drop off the item). Two weeks later - the broken product is still in my garage and the communication has been terrible with back and forth emails requesting videos and photos. Not worth spending a penny. Wish them all of the best. Good customer service goes a long way.
