I brought a 15 tonne wood splitter from these guys...

I brought a 15 tonne wood splitter from these guys. It failed. They can t get parts. They never call back. I need my wood splitter fixed. I have sent photos they still can get it right. I have even taken the part down there and they can t get the right part in. Beyond useless. They dont call back when they say they will!!!
