Disappointed that one cannot see all products in reality. Had to buy products, drive to warehouse just so I can see packaging weight etc. Too heavy so then drove back to office to get refund!! From online presence it looks as if there is a large showroom.

WE WERE HAPPY 12 MONTHS AGO WHEN IT WAS NEW BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT DOEST LAST!!!!

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
THEY SAY IT IS QUALITY BUT ITS SO NOT.
CALL THEM WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM AND THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE SO YOUR STUCK IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED

I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this company. If I could give them 0/5 stars I would.

I ordered some beats headphones from this company in July. They were faulty and didn't work properly so I was asked to send them back to receive an exchange. The same faulty headphones in the previously opened box were sent back to me as the exchange item. I was then told to send them back AGAIN in order to be able to receive my refund. This whole process took about 3 months which in itself isn't great. It is now December and I still haven't received my refund because the company can't get onto their own supplier to confirm that they have received the headphones back. AusPost have confirmed for me that they have been signed for and picked up by the supplier but Klika customer service are so incapable that they can't get onto their own supplier. Ridiculous. I have emailed and called Klika, emails have been left unanswered, phone assistants and managers have promised to contact AusPost to confirm this information and get back to me and then haven't contacted me in the time frame they promised, and I'm still waiting for contact. My monetary and time loss should not be due to the incompetence of the support team and their lack of own communication abilities. All I can suggest is don't even bother with them, go to catch of the day instead - they're cheaper and way more reliable. They obviously don't care about their customers.

Bought the dumbbell weight rack and the Powertrain bench.
All the bolts and nuts were cheap and very poor quality. I couldn t do ANY of them up completely, I took some to Bunnings to see if I could just buy new bolts or nuts but had to buy all new quality bolts and nuts.
The bench is poor quality also, you can t use it for legs as intended unless you re the size of a small child and I m a very petit adult.
Do not recommend.

Ordered a wheelchair for my sister who lives in the country. It was delivered very promptly to her mother in laws in Echuca. She is really happy with it and it was a competitive price. Customer service and tracking first class. Highly recommend.

Be very careful and check that the product you receive is what you ordered. I ordered a Haan SIA70 steam mop and was sent an SIA45 instead. (They both look similar)
When I tried to get it replaced I was given the run around. Not even so much as an apology!! Still hasn't been replaced.
I will never deal with this company again.

Service was great and product arrived very quickly and postage was not expensive. Only issue we had were there were not even any basis instructions in box for trampoline and had to be downloaded. I realise that is common these days but a quick set up guide or labelling of items would have been ideal. But that probably the product manufacturer fault.

Appalling customer service! Called at 1:45pm to see if they had trampolines set up in the show room. Was advised they had 2 set up and to go down and have a look. My partner advised we would be there in 30 minutes. Got to the show room with no room be to be seen. Waited for almost 10 minutes and still no sign of anyone. Called the store.. no answer. Eventually some one comes out to tell us they closed at 1:30pm and they can t help us, yet the door was wide open and they told us on the phone to come and have a look. What an absolute joke and waste of time!!

I recently bought a Kolner 20L fridge/freezer, 12V/240V. It arrived within a couple of days, and it works so much better than my old peltier fridge that died a sad death a couple of weeks ago. It also uses a whole lot less power, which is important to me as I use it while camping, attached to a battery.
I can find no fault with either Klika or the Kolner fridge. I highly recommend both.

Customer service is terrible - purchased an electric jockey wheel after 3 month it completely stripped the cogs and wouldn't work. They then tried to argue miss-use. It was going to take weeks to have the old one assessed so I purchased another one and sent the old one back. Now they are saying that they don't have the one I sent back. They just try to be difficult at every step of the process. Would not buy from these guys again unless it was some simple item that was not going to breakdown as you can't rely on them to provide any customer service.

Do not buy from this company. Returns policy is designed to get you frustrated & give up. Spent $890.00 on Kolner K9000 & doesn't work. We accept that sometimes items do not work however!..... not to collect it with a refund is not commercially reasonable.

Very bad quality, cheap products with equally bad customer support. All the 5 star reviews here must be from sock puppets. The item I purchased from Klika failed after a couple of light uses. I found Klika to be firstly unresponsive then obstructive when I made refund claim. Don't buy from this company they have a very poor track record in customer service. If anything goes wrong they will do their best to make things difficult. AVOID!

Bought a couch had a child 8 years old the back fell off the couch after 4 days causing injury to my child
They offered a $40 partial refund to keep item who wants a couch with no back they then refused refund because not in original box (another accc guideline breach) then refused me to take it back to them as it wasn t store policy of accepting 3rd party products for refunds. Here we are almost 4 weeks later and no refund and no new couch with no resolution in sight

Absolutely pathetic company. Dont waste your time or money. I paid over $400 for a 10ft trampoline for the kids Christmas present. I drove 3 hours to pick it up in November and stored it away until christmas. When the kids finally fell asleep on Christmas eve, I was up after midnight starting to put it together. Thats when I realised the actual mat you jump on was not in any of the boxes. I was also missing T clips that were supposed to be in there. I called the warehouse in Braeside where I picked it up from and did not even get an apology. I then noticed they had 20% off the trampoline I purchased and they would not even do it for the sale price for the stuff around. The kids were all very upset Christmas morning. They did not understand why we couldnt build the trampoline and told me it was the worst Christmas they have ever had.

Sure the transport deliveries are a bit slow at the moment due to Covid but I was kept well informed of the freight situation and I am 100% satisfied with the product and outcome

Call made at 21/06/2019 at 9:44am - very unhelpful consultant who refused to provide her name and did not allow me to speak to her supervisor. Could not be bothered with any sort of customer service. Consultant also provided misleading information regarding the stock availability of a certain shelf before advising that it is discontinued without any other similar shelving units. Definitely needs more training on customer service and product knowledge.

For the price & product that is delivered the powertrain tread mill was an excellent purchase! Quick delivery, easy to assemble, easy to use. Speeds available are from a gentle stroll up to a fast jog (1.0 to 12.0klms/hr). 5.0klms is a very fast walk for an average height adult male.

I ordered my elliptical machine on Monday midday 3/8/20 and was told I would receive it by the 6th or 7th I got it midday the 5th to me that is exceptional , the delivery man was very efficient also

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever.
Good not delivered after we had to chase it up with their courier as they wanted us to send it off to their investigations department. We contact courier (TOLL), after they said they would but couldn't get answers and courier told us it was never received by them to transport to us. (Kilia's response was "of course they would say that). We tried to see if we could organize a courier on our end and at our cost for express delivery but they said they can't do that even though you could collect from their warehouse in another state, apparently.
New wheelchair was ordered which was meant to dispatched the following day and received days later. After it not showing up or tracking updated, like the first time, we had to contact them to be told that it's not in stock because of system error and wouldn't come until a month later. We only found this out because we chased it up with them. They should have contacted us.
They blame courier, courier says it was never dispatched to them in the first place from their warehouse, hence it not being scanned in and tracking started..
Online chat was no help. Calling gave instant answers but still of no real help.
Considering it's a wheelchair and someones mode of transport and independence, this was way out of line. No assistance of working with us to get goods delivered faster or via a different courier they claimed was the one stuffing things up.
Still waiting for our goods and not expected to even be dispatched for another month leaving someone to hire a wheelchair until what they paid for $300+, arrives.

Worst experience ever! They first left our package in front of our building without authority. The package was obviously stolen. The second attempt was just one fail after the other. I had to call 10+ times for each time to responded with "it will be taken care of" when no one did their job. I mentioned every time that my order was urgent and they said not to worry. The result is 2 weeks later, nothing! They falsely advertise 3 hrs metro delivery, it is possible only on some rare instances it seams. They lie and don't act on their promises. They don't own up to their mistakes and try to blame them on anyone else. Do yourself a favour and don't go through the stress I had to go through. Just order somewhere else. Klika you should be ashamed to treat your customers so poorly!

I have been talking to their customer service for last 2 days for a bed frame I ordered 10 days back, their website says the item is dispatched but I haven't got the product or any useful info from Klika. They are resisting to refund as well.. Not fair.
