The worst online shopping experience.
Purchased a 4 seater chaise couch. Could tell the quality upon unpacking was terrible.
3 weeks after purchase, 3 people sitting on the couch, when suddenly the couch began to cave in and snapped.
Email sent to warranty team @ Klika with photos, receipt & detailed explanation. Klika offered a 50% partial refund for us to keep the couch & fix it.
The couch is unfixable and why would I want to invest more time and money when this shouldn't have happened in the first place. Especially after 3 weeks. Having not agreed to this & requesting a full refund,
Klika requested I package the couch up, and they will arrange to have it collected, assess it then decide whether or not they will refund me more.
The issue with this is:
- How do I package a 4 seater couch? Spend MY money on packaging?
- How do you take time off when you work full time to arrange to sit at home and wait for a courier.
- And why would I waste my time doing this knowing they will try and tell me the couch is fixable and only offer me partial refund again.
This is simply not good enough.
I have requested to drop the couch directly to their store in oakleigh and be given a refund there and then. To save any confusion or accidental transport damages by the courier service. Despite multiple emails asking to do this, they are simply dodging my question & requesting me to package the couch, ready for courier collection. By the time I actually get my refund, I'm sure my warranty would have ran out! Do not recommend any of their couches or sofa beds!
