Internet sales guy Devin Roberts lacked any professionalism. Wouldn't come down on price on car I was interested in which was fine. The gomer had the audacity to text me later to gloat that he sold car in less than an hour. Well good job there fella. Nice to know you could accomplish something in life other than being a car salesman. Lol.

We bought our 2nd used vehicle from JN. The car salesman (Robert W.) was great. The experience in the business office, however, was totally different. Before you purchase, make sure you have not only researched the vehicle you are buying, but what your financing and service contract/extended warranty options are. Our sales guy was trying to sell us a 4-year complete service "warranty" on our used car for about $3500. I wasn't willing to make that decision on the spur of the moment, but there were several reasons why I have to make the decision RIGHT THERE before I drove the car off the lot. After a while, our guy offered us a "coupon" for $800 off. I still wasn't buying, so he brought in his manager, who ended up offering an additional $500 off. I bought a few months, but not 4 years. At home, with some research and a phone call, I learned that I could buy essentially the same service "warranty" for 5 years (a year longer than JN offered), for just over $1800. My advice, take your car home without extras (or come with another, third party quote) and if you want to extend your warranty, do it directly.

The experience was top notch from start to finish! The Sales Consultant I worked with was Kyle Krotzer, as he was suggested to me by my nephew. He proved to be very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was great with showing me all the details of what my car can do for me. I worked with Kyle Collins on the business end, and he was very genuine and professional. Buying a new car can be very stressful, but this transaction was smooth and satisfying. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

After having shopped around other Toyota dealerships, we found the very best deal at Jim Norton Toyota of Tulsa. Our buying experience couldn't have been better, where Chris assisted us from the very beginning in making our selection of a 2015 Toyota 4Runner LTD. And Zack walked us through financing with very thoughtful and attentive effort presenting us with the choices and options available.

We closed feeling we had been very well served and most comfortable with the terms. Afterwards Chris spent an hour or more carefully explaining the vehicle's functionality where he even set up the Bluetooth for our cell phones.

We highly recommend Jim Norton Toyota/Scion Dealership of Tulsa to anyone looking to find the perfect Toyota in a very pleasant no-pressure-at-all sales environment.

We appreciate all of the service provided to us by both the service and sales staff over the last 8 years for the 4 Toyota vehicles we have owned, the last three of which we bought right here in Tulsa from Jim Norton.

I wish to commend Cameron Goad who has been our attending Jim Norton Toyota Service Advisor. Cameron has consistently provided prompt and courteous attention to all the maintenance needs of our Toyota vehicles, just as he did once again this last week with the same high level of professional attentiveness in setting up and completing the 15,000 mile scheduled maintenance service of our 2017 4Runner.

Cameron always takes the time to explain the work performed as well as to fully answer our questions. This is why we remain a Jim Norton Toyota returning customer.

This is an awesome dealership! The only negatives were the administrative errors I was told would be corrected but was not. Phone, email, and name were wrong and I was told by my service rep that she would correct them only to find out later when picking my truck up that it was not so I had to recorrect them. Also asked for the complete 30k mileage package and the filters were skipped. I blame the rep more than the dealership as she also could not explain how their new service differs from the old engine flush.

I bought a car from them back in march, and paid to add in heated seats and some window tint. I didn't hear from them for a few weeks. After multiple phone calls i find out they didn't even order the parts for it until close to month later. Another month passes, and i have to call again. They tell me the parts are on backorder. I'm now on military orders out of town. It's now close to 3 months after my purchase. They call to make an appointment finally. I tell them I'm out of town and will have to drop the car off, and need a loaner. They say, "we can give you one, but you only haave 12 hours after the car is finished to get the loaner back." You caused this situation by not ordering the parts the day of my purchase, and now I have to work around your schedule?

See my review history. I rarely give bad reviews to a business as I do not want to hurt any business. But if I could give this dealership 0 star, that'd be more appropriate. I bought a Rav4 on Mar 13, 2020 from them. It's Apr 14 today and I still do not have the title or finance document sent to me. I do not even know if I missed a payment already which will be affecting my credit score. I have called these guys at least 25 times so far. Every time they say that they are looking into it and will get back to me right away. But I never get a call back. Now I can not drive and stuck at home because of them. I simply can't believe that it's happening!

Btw, did I mention that the two year old Rav4 I bought from them was dead on the first night they delivered to me? I had to get a tow service to take it to repair shop. Yes, that's what you should expect from them.

I do not know how a dealership can be such unprofessional and irresponsible. I work for the biggest corporation in OK and I have shared this experience on our internal workplace groups with thousands of employees. I hope people will be aware of how Jim Norton treats their customers.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to ensure our experience is the best possible. Our salesman, Zach, was so easy to work with and worked with us to get us a great deal. Zach is new, but he really has a great personality for sales. The sales manager I believe it was, that helped Zach to make sure everything was taken care of, was very nice also. Zach has checked with us several times to make sure we are happy with our purchase.

After witnessing how a long time friend was treated at Jim Norton Tulsa while attempting to make sure a truck could accommodate his tooling/equipment needs, I can assure you that I would not do business there. Bought my Tundra at the OKC location, and so did he. Much, much more straightforward, accomodating, and professional. I can't understand for the life of me why an auto dealer would absolutely do everything that they could to turn away potential customers. Natalie and Redd at the OKC dealership should come to Tulsa and show them how to get the job done properly. Maybe then they'd have fewer people hitting the turnpike to purchase their vehicles.

We worked with Darren "Limey" Playford - and as a friend of mine and a fellow Brit, we were extremely pleased with his intuitive attention to details and willingness to listen to our needs - a sure sign of an excellent salesman yet, subtle in his approach. His wonderful professionalism served him well and we were delighted to make our purchase with Jim Norton Toyota this last Saturday. I went to Jim Norton a few days ago because I saw a red hyndai veloster on the website. It was advertised as a reflex edition (only 3,000 made) so I go to the store to test drive it. I was barely greeted when I got there and nobody was friendly. They all seemed put out to even talk to me. So they finally bring the car around and it's a grey base model with stock wheels. I asked where the car they advertised on the website was he gave me a blank stare and said, "I don't know this is all we have". So I thought ok at least drive it and see right? As I sat down the overwhelming odor of mildew hits me. It's coming from the ac and it's so bad I couldn't even sit in the car any longer. I can't believe that this dealership is doing business like this. I will never go back to Jim Norton and I'll tell anyone who will listen to never go there. It was the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

There service department is awful. 2 months they have had my car to replace a fuel pump. They ignore my voicemails and every day or week there is another excuse/reason my car won't be done. We are waiting on the fuel pump it will be done Friday, Friday well now we need a gasket so Monday at the latest. Monday now we're waiting on a purgevalve. A week late now they are Waiting on a retainer. 6 weeks now and there always waiting on a new part all which go on the fuel pump. My car is not a priority because it is under warranty,So they are not making any money!

Don't let the tell you that their prices are not negotiable. Be firm with what you are willing to pay. Consult Kelly blue book and factor in any flaws the vehicle may have. They will work with you on the price. Good customer service compared to other places.

I bought a new 2001 Echo and a new 2014 Corolla from Jim Norton and I have only used them to service the vehicles. In the last 15 year I have been nothing but pleased with the quality of the services. The staff are always very pleasant, professional and explain the services thoroughly. I have never had either vehicle break down on the road because of their preventative maintenance. The lounge area is kept very clean, has abundant comfortable seating and offers free coffee, water and cookies.

Justin Mayer went above and beyond allowing me to test drive several vehicles. He also was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and their safety features. It was nice to have someone so knowledgeable to work with. He is a class act. Likewise, the finance person, Zack Pinney, was awesome. He spent time sharing all of the options available for purchase so that I would be adequately covered by warrantys and service plans etc. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was not high pressure just explained what was available and did a great job. I am so impressed by these 2 young men, I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car. I recently purchased a 2013 Camry SE for my daughter from Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa. Honestly I was not optimistic that they would be competitive on price but they surprised me. The price was right and the transaction went very smoothly. Everyone there was very professional. No games. I highly recommend that you ask for Dustin Moseley when you get there.

We have had Toyotas for several years and have taken them to Jim Norton for service since moving to Tulsa. The service department is very professional and the waiting area is very comfortable. I was hoping to buy the Camry SE from Jim Norton because they are very close and the service is great. It worked out.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Jim Norton Toyota, one 8 years ago & one on 1/29/16. Plan on spending all day, it takes way too long to buy a vehicle. Second, usually you expect the pushy sales techniques to happen when selecting the vehicle. This was not the case.

When I was doing the financing, I was shown several add-on warranties/plans; (even though my vehicle had several manufacturer warranties) these plans were things like gap insurance, wheel and tire plans, etc. The techniques the finance people used to try to sell these to me were pushy and high-pressure to say the least. Many times I felt that my finance rate and approval were dependent upon how many of these additional plans I was willing to purchase. It felt like I was joining a Gym or at a Time-Share conference, very high pressure. I will not be back.

Another note: I caved & purchased the cheapest of the add-on warranty plans; now that I have received my title in the mail I will be calling the company & cancelling it. I am embarrassed that I bought something I did not want, and that I caved to these high pressure sales tactics & I will not let that happen again. It is unfortunate that people still practice these types of sales tactics.

The interaction before and during sale was pretty good. Everybody was very polite and helpful and they gave me a decent deal without a lot of haggling.

But, after I took delivery, it's like they never heard of me. They never sent my paperwork needed to purchase a tag. After 3 1/2 weeks of waiting (new tag required in 4 weeks), I called three different people making an inquiry and left messages, including the Manager of the Finance department (that is the group that handles paperwork) after I didn't get a response from anybody else. Even the Manager never called back! Bottom line, nobody took care of it....I had to go pick it up myself on the last legal day and drive straight to the tag agency.

Love my vehicle....but I'm very nervous about how Jim Norton Toyota is going to treat me throughout the rest of the time I own it.

We bought a 2015 Toyota Camry in November. Absolutely love the car it is the second Camry we have owned. When we saw the car online it said Certified Used. When we went to look at it one person told me that I would need to bring it back in to finish the Certification. I was then told my sales person that the Certification was complete and I did not need to bring it in. Fast forward to February I bring my car into the service department and they tell me it is not listed as certified. I am then told by Matt Mitchell that I needed to bring in the vehicle with in 30 days of purchase to finish the Certification and that there was nothing they could do. He then did not respond to my email about who I need to talk. Correct me if i am wrong but shouldn't a car that is advertised as certified used and sold as a certified used car be certified before it is sold to the customer. I will buy another Toyota but not from Jim Norton.

Really upset right now about the absolute worst experience NOT buying a car that I have ever had. Will update with all the gory details, but in the meantime DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. They will offer you a price on a vehicle, then re-list it on their website for $2,000 more and ask that you jump through hoops just to pay them the price you agreed upon for the vehicle, then if you figure out a way to meet their completely unreasonable expectations of telling you after banks have closed for the day that you need to produce the full price of the vehicle in cash by the time they close in 90 minutes, they won t answer or return your calls to try to pay them. Even if your first call is 45 minutes before they close, and you try several more times after that.

Salesman said he was going to look at price on vehicle I was intrested in buying, he went in, and didn't see him for 15 minutes when he was helping another family. Prices are not marked on vehicles which makes it hard to shop without a car salesman.

Bad service, horrible follow-up. Jim Norton Toyota does not understand how to take care of customers. I placed an order and paid a down payment for a new truck that they did not have on the lot, only to receive no information or updates for 3 weeks. To me as a customer, zero communication or updates likely meant zero progress being made, which was suggestive of zero effort being made to deliver my truck. The dealer trade manager and sales manager dropped the ball on this sale, and when I got my money back to place the same order with Bob Howard, Jim Norton Toyota was still no closer to having my truck. Do not shop here unless you see the exact vehicle you want on their lot.

Jim Norton has the best service center. They are quick, efficient, and do a great job. Shaun Hembree is my service adviser and the guy is just always on point. I even asked him to squeeze me in without an appointment because my car was at the Jim Norton Collision Center getting fixed after I was hit from behind ... and he did it late on a Friday. On top of that, he will always try to find ways to save you money (because we all know taking care of your car is expensive).

They found what I wanted and had it delivered and worked with me on my budget. So I drove the 4 hours and made the deal. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Seriously!!

Came in Monday morning to purchase a pickup. Took a short quick test drive, and liked how it steered. Didn't sit at any stoplights for any period of time.

(That is pertinent to the story)

Since I was doing a trade in, they told me that everything was done to satisfaction, and I only needed to bring in the title, and everything would be done.

I came back today (Wednesday morning, taking a quick break from work, with the title to pick up the truck. I get met with a list of new things they want to finish the deal. So I have to jump through hoops to produce new documents on the fly.

I now have the new truck and leave. About 20 minutes down the road, I am sitting at a stoplight, and the "certified preowned " truck has a brake pedal go to the floor, and I start rolling toward the car in front of me in traffic!!!

I bring the Tacoma back and let them know, (I'm now 4 hours out of work) and they take it to the service department and tell me nothing.

I'll edit this with the final results when this is hopefully resolved, and hopefully I still have a job.

I got a call from a manager after this post. the truck had a blown master cylinder. I discovered that when the service was done, one of the hubcaps was lost. They promised it would be back on when I got the truck back. it took three days to repair. They gave me a loaner car and promised to deliver the truck to my office and pick up the loaner there.

I had to go to the dealership late in the evening to pick it up after service hours. The hubcap was still missing. They argued that it was never there. Then they promised to have a new one the next morning.

Then they said it had to be mail ordered.
When it finally came in, they ordered the wrong size.

They told me that they would order that day and should only take days to come in.

It's now almost February, and I still have a $21,000 truck with a missing hubcap, and the stereo stops working intermittently.

Bought 2 trucks here. They tried backing me into a corner to buy a new one. It was 6k to fix my current truck or they would give me 1500 for a trade in. Carmax offered me 8500 even after they knew of the transmission issues. I am now a proud owner of a 2017 Tacoma that I bought from Carmax. I will never bring my truck their for maintenance or any kind of work again. It's a habit of screwing people over and being rude while lining your pockets!

Had an issue with my 13 frs clutch fork pivot point, there service department fixed me up with no issues. Even after Toyota in Bartlesville refused to do anything. Josh Pippin the service manager goes above and beyond. I just took the same car in for a recall on the valve springs and once again Josh Pippin took great care of me.

I do not give my phone number out but made this mistake, they sold my phone number and I have been getting sales calls for 3 years now, all knowing I bought a toyota and wanting to extend my warranty. I will never buy here again, they should protect my information, not sell it. They made enough money on me with my purchase, only greediness would lead them to additionally sell personal information.

WOW! Is all I can say. Came here to compare Toyota to a vehicle I was seriously thinking of buying from another manufacturer (Ford), was treated fairly and listened to. My sale-person showed me an equivalent vehicle and I was so impressed I bought a Highlander Limited edition. Dealership is friendly and bright. What makes Jim Norton stand out, is that I live 50 miles away and was trying to purchase from my local dealership, but they obviously didn't feel my business was important. Once I contacted Jim Norton, sales rep Steve Krenz contacted me and went out of his way (out of state that is) to find me the exact vehicle I was looking for, and provided an exceptional price. As long as I live in the Tulsa area, I will likely go to Jim Norton for all my needs. Thanks again for being the best at what you do, and to Steven Krenz for being an exceptional sales associate.

Very disappointed in the lack of service received. Had a 7:00 a.m. appointment, didn t even look at the truck until noon and then got a call at 2:15 stating there was more that needed done. The service advisor stated nothing had been done (again they knew prior to the appointment what we wanted done.) how did they know more was needed? Wanted to keep it an extra day. We told them to not do anything that we were coming to get it. Will never take both of our Toyota s to this place ever again.

Roger Hensley is a pleasure to deal with and very low/no pressure. My husband purchased a Tundra the month before and I met Roger then. He was so pleasant to deal with that when I decided to replace my car, he was a natural choice in choosing the 2019 Avalon.
