On August 15 while traveling from Colorado to Flor...

On August 15 while traveling from Colorado to Florida on the Oklahoma Turnpike our Highlander was somehow struck by a 2.5 inch bolt . At 80 mph it went through the windshield ,struck the dash , barely missing my wife and then struck the sunroof showering us with glass .
The Highway Patrol arrived and made sure we were ok . Then we waited for over two hours for a tow truck . During the wait I tried to contact any Tulsa Toyota Dealer to take our car to . I called three service departments and
only one returned my call . Eric at Jim Norton Toyota reached out to us and was extremely helpful with advise and directions.
After a 50 mile ride in the front seat of the tow truck with a broken AC we arrived at Jim Norton Toyota .
We were greeted by a professional , pleasant , extremely helpful young lady who got us water and introduced us to Jonathan Riembold , a sales manager. From that point on , everything was taken care of . Jonathan called a motel and had a room held for us . He then had a young man assist us unloading or car and he took us to the motel where he again helped us unload . I offered him a tip and he refused , instead thanking us for coming to Jim Norton .

I returned to the dealership the next morning and met Kevin Stringfellow , a service advisor . Kevin went out of his way to help me . Our Highlander will need a new windshield , sunroof , and dashboard . The parts and repairs will take several days . Kevin introduced me to their rental car rep who was relatively new at his job . He was great and helped me secure a vehicle to continue on to our family reunion in Destin .
Customer Service was on display here , you can tell that excellence in their jobs was important to each and every employee at Jim Norton !

After needing to upgrade our small SUV after our first child, I found the mid-size SUV that was right for our family at Jim Norton Toyota! Tony Rodriguez was BEYOND knowledgeable about the Highlander, very friendly/low pressure- not the typically car salesman stereotype we have in our head. He couldn't have made the buying process more painless! Kyle in financing was also wonderful, matching a competing interest rate I had found. I am impressed with BOTH Tony and Kyle, as well as our 2015 Limited Platinum Toyota Highlander. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience buying my new car! I had a car in mind that I wanted and a price that I was comfortable spending. Our sales man Mike was so helpful and NOT pushy. They had the car that I wanted, in a newer model than I expected and Marie was able to help get the price down to our budget. They offered me a fair price for my trade in. Doug in finance was so great at explaining everything with the loan options and while still doing his job he was straight forward and honest. Of course I went to test drive a Rav4 to make sure that's what I wanted and walked out with the new Rav4 of my dreams. Jim Norton has my future business for sure.

I am not completely displeased with Jim Norton, however I would not believe any promises the salesman give you. After helping them sell many vehicles to family members and friends, I will not be returning to them for another purchase.

I bought a pre-owned truck from Jim Norton Toyota. After getting the truck home, I was cleaning the passenger door panel when i noticed there was something broken behind the panel causing it to cave in. I contacted the salesman (Shane Reed) the very next day after purchase and he told me he would "Get it taken care of". Since i work nights and live an hour away we agreed to "get it taken care of" at my first oil change. When my oil change came around, they told me he was not at the dealer that day, and gave me his number to contact him. I contacted him that day and the next three times leaving a voicemail every time. Not once did he ever call me back or ever try to reach out to me. The next time i was there i found him and spoke to him. He didn't remember telling me he would "take care of it" or even remember who I was. After waiting for awhile for him to get back with me he told me there is nothing Jim Norton can do to fix my problem.

Great and warm personal service from the drive-in to the end. Competent mainenance and repair service, carefully explained before the service is begun so that I know what is being done and can rely on it getting done before I drive away.

We leased a Toyota Venza from Ken Morrison at Jim Norton Toyota in Lawton. Ken and the rest of the staff were awesome to work with. We were very pleased with the service and the vehicle we received.

This place is a nightmare the repair shop is the horrible, the don't know how to do simple repairs yet alone an extensive one. The sales associates lie deceive and lie . You will waste your money and a whole lot more time. Do not bring your vehicle here or you will regret it. If it would have let me put a (-) negative star I would have.

Absolute Chaos throughout the ENTIRE experience.

Bullets:
- They spent over an hour recreating the sales documents because the first FOUR times they had the wrong information (VIN, Mileage, VEHICLE....THE WRONG VEHICLE, Name, Address, Literally everything)
To make it worse, I had to be the one to catch all the incorrect pieces after the finance manager assured me, TWICE, the VIN was correct. It wasn't.

- Afterward the sales associate spent nearly 45 minutes looking for the second set of keys, which could've been done while we were doing the paper work with the finance guy, then told me they'd mail them to me since I lived 2 hours away. THEY NEVER FOUND THEM. I had to call them repeatedly over several days to get them to resolve the situation and the only way to get the extra set was to drive all they way out to Tulsa again to get new keys cut, which they refused to reimburse me for (Gas, tolls, and milage).

- I thought it was finally over, BUT WAIT, THERES MORE! I waited 3 weeks for my title so I could go register my new truck, it never came in the mail. I called the dealership and THEY COULDN'T FIND MY NAME IN THEIR SYSTEM. Come to find out, they put my name in their system incorrectly; we finally found it by my phone number. So down to the real gem of this part, the reason I never received my title was due to an incorrect address they put on the letter (and title), then THEY NEVER CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW AND GET IT STRAIGHTENED OUT.

So, after finally getting my title, past the 30 day registration window, I went to the tag agency and had to pay penalties for late registration....guess who's stuck with that bill? PHENOMENAL.

I would leave zero stars if possible, a complete scam! Do not shop here. I bought a car in July and they sold me a vehicle that still had/has a loan out on it from the previous owner. I am still not able to get my title because of this, Jim Norton will not answer my calls or my credit company s calls. I will be contacting my lawyer and a local news station.

I purchased a truck from Jim Norton. Our Salesman was great and very helpful. However, I got to financing and the finance lady messed up the contract. I did not know until about a month later. I had to resign a new contract or they were not going to pay off my trade. It has been two months now and I still do not have the title to my truck. This has been a very poor customer service experience and I would not recommend buying from them.

I would like to personally thank Ms. Shelley Smith and the finance manager Doug Green for helping us with our new 2019 Toyota Camry. We really appreciate the time in which they dedicated for us on finding the best rate possible. Customer service has been outstanding and I couldn't be more happier. Thank you!

One car warranty and one routine maintenance issues have been resolved without any problem.
Cannot say anything bad about the technical service and courtesy of people.
Car was returned with 45 additional miles on the odometer and one additional day late.

This place is amazing! Took in a new key fob that I bought online for Jim Norton to program. This was around noon on a Saturday (unscheduled). I called in first to see what their prices were and if they would be able to get me in that day. Spoke to Victoria. Awesome young lady by the way!

She was up front and stated that due to it being a Saturday they have a skeleton crew so it may take a few hours to get to me if I were to bring it in; also, they had a high volume of customers already waiting for service. She quoted me a price. I decided to bring it in anyways. Got there and spoke to Victoria in person. Same awesomeness!

She mentioned that there was a recall on my truck and just wanted to see if we wanted them to take care of that since we were already there. It would take about 45min additional. I decided to go ahead and let them take care of it as well. We weren't in a rush.

I was prepared to be waiting for a few hours since that's what I was told. Anticipated about 4 hours. About an hour later Victoria called me back. Stated that the key fob I bought had something wrong with it so they replaced it with a new key fob from the dealership and cut me an additional spare chipped key. On top of that, Victoria gave me a discounted price and said if I my batteries ever run out, just bring it to them and they'll change it out for free!!

This is a dealership that has integrity and very good customer service. They value their customers and make sure to give them the best customer service experience. They set realistic expectations but go above and beyond to exceed those expectations. I really appreciate Jim Norton Toyota and would recommend them to all.

They have a very nice facility and a good restaurant area with super cheap food! Their staff could be much friendlier. If it were not the cheapest place for my Toyota oil change I would most definitely take my business elsewhere. The 3 stars are because the food, lounge, and clean facilities.

They ran my credit when told not to then gave me a high interest rate when I have great credit. I had them run it through my credit union and they give me a lower interest rate by two points. My mother was suspicious because it was still pretty night and called the credit union. The union told her that I got approved way lower that what the sales man said. Then the sales man tried to call my mom saying that I wasn t approved at all by the union. By that time she knew they were lying about it all and called them out on it. That s when they had to tell the truth that I was approved. They are all scammers and just want your money. They tried to take advantage of me knowing I didn t know what I was doing.

I had such a great car buying experience at Jim Norton Toyota! From start to finish the process was smooth and easy! Kenny Owen introduced me to his team and they took care of me from the time I drove onto the lot to the fabulous moment when I left in my new car! I got to Jim Norton around noon and they had a big free barbecue and a ton of goodies in the lounge (which I learned is always there and available to customers). They called to let me know about this pretty early on - which was tremendously helpful as car dealerships are high on the list of places where 4-year-olds have meltdowns (second only to malls) - and my 4-year-old was hungry and tired. I went in with a very long list of must-have's but no specific idea of which car I wanted. Kyle Kroetzer, my sales associate, was so patient and helpful. He asked just the right questions to lead me to the car I ultimately bought and now love (the 2014 Avalon hybrid)! Josh Lucas, my business manager, and Kenny Owen worked together quickly and efficiently - they treated me so fairly and I walked away feeling like I got a great price for a car that I loved!! And the more I drive it the more I love it! Thanks guys!!!

I have a love/hate relationship with Jim Norton Toyota. Sometimes they have great staff and do a great job, other times it s well below par and very annoying. I will continue the relationship because I have no choice, however, I will always watch my proverbial back.

My son purchased a new car through JIm Norton on Black Friday 2015. The process of buying the car was as expected for a first time car buyer. But when it came time to get the payment information, check for the tag, etc Jim Norton was ridiculous to work with. My son is a truck driver so I was the one to deal with getting the necessary information. My son and I placed multiple calls asking for information on where to send the payment and never received as much as a return phone call. Finally I had to spend an entire afternoon at the dealership waiting just to get the information needed so my son's first payment would not be late. I also had to sit an entire afternoon just to get the check for the TTL so that his tags were not out of date.

Fast forward 4 months and I get a letter in the mail that the car we traded in was in impound and was still registered to my husband. Apparently Jim Norton does not transfer the title into their names before they sale the vechicle! When I called to ask about it they said it wasn't a big deal, that we should have a bill of sale which would cover us...SERIOIUSLY???? First of all we never received a bill of sale. Secondly we traded the car in to you, so why are we the ones having to deal with this????

Here is a clue Jim Norton Toyota. Do your jobs. Not just selling a car, but how about customer service. Make sure your customers are protected from junk like this.

BUYER BEWARE Jim Norton will NOT take care of the paperwork in a timely manner. Will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone....Well maybe my worst enemy.

Kept us smiling and laughing the entire time but did not push us to make any purchase unless we were truly happy with the vehicle. They have even checked with us since our purchase to insure we are happy with our new vehicle. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I contacted David Holmes at Jim Norton to tell him it was time for my oil change, but also to see if he could check a small leak I noticed the week before. He said that they would put me in a loaner car while they take a look at it. I drove in the next morning talked briefly with David explaining the leak that I had seen. He put me in loaner car and sent me on my way. I was there for less than 10 minutes. He called later that afternoon and informed me of the service that was needed and my car would be ready the next day. The next day, I went in to pick up my car and return the loaner car, and again was out of there within 5 minutes. This is such a busy time of year personally, but also for me professionally, so I really appreciated the courtesy David and Jim Norton gave me of respecting my time.
