My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at Jim Norton Toyota. We worked with Darren "Limey" Playford - and as a friend of mine and a fellow Brit, we were extremely pleased with his intuitive attention to details and willingness to listen to our needs - a sure sign of an excellent salesman yet, subtle in his approach. His wonderful professionalism served him well and we were delighted to make our purchase with Jim Norton Toyota this last Saturday. We were also comfortable and relaxed with the financial aspect of the transaction as we met with Kyle Collins. He was polite, amiable, and professional in his approach and demonstrated great knowledge of his job.
