I went to Jim Norton a few days ago because I saw a red hyndai veloster on the website. It was advertised as a reflex edition (only 3,000 made) so I go to the store to test drive it. I was barely greeted when I got there and nobody was friendly. They all seemed put out to even talk to me. So they finally bring the car around and it's a grey base model with stock wheels. I asked where the car they advertised on the website was he gave me a blank stare and said, "I don't know this is all we have". So I thought ok at least drive it and see right? As I sat down the overwhelming odor of mildew hits me. It's coming from the ac and it's so bad I couldn't even sit in the car any longer. I can't believe that this dealership is doing business like this. I will never go back to Jim Norton and I'll tell anyone who will listen to never go there. It was the worst car buying experience I have ever had.
