Charged 700 dollars for wrong part and service. Had to buy correct part on my own. Zach (no full name given despite asking twice) the supposed manager patronized me every step of the way. Will follow this horrible review up with a Better Business Bureau complaint.

Took almost 3 months to finish a deal I understand that you had 600 customers in a month but I was one of them and all of your customers should be important and not be put on the back burner because you have 600 others and maybe start returning phone calls would be great. Update as of 7/26/2020 I have emailed you 2 times and have called and left messages still no reply from Holly mcmurphy

Purchased my first car today from Jim Norton Toyota and couldn't have been happier with my experience! Joe was willing to work with me and made me feel completely confident in my purchase. Will definitely be back when I'm ready to upgrade!

The tinted window comes with my new car was not effective and I requested it removed for free when the car was in for scheduled service but the agent named Dakota rejected to even check into the possibility. I would be very cautious about what you buy and make sure everything is what you want. It's hard to get it right after the car is out of the door.

Was there for service to my Tacoma. Wait time approx 1 hr. Not loud in waiting area, clean restrooms, great deli, free wifi, all of these are useful for me. My service advisor was great and respectful in dealing with me.

Devin Roberts is one of the best sales reps I've ever met. He worked hard to try to find the best vehicle for my 16 year old daughter, despite her indecisive mindset. But more than that, he's honest and easy to work with. He's not pushy or impatient. Jim Norton Toyota has a rockstar amongst rockstars in their employ. Plenty of vehicles to choose from, and if you can't find what you want, just wait, because eventually it will show up.

I just purchased my new 2013 Camry SE and I love it! I started looking at the Camry's at Jim Norton Toyota and then checked out a few other places around town, but was dissatisfied with the customer service and came back to Jim Norton to make my purchase. My sales reps Steve Krenz and Tyler Davidson were great and answered all my questions about the Camry. Nick Jones was very informative when it came to filling out all the paperwork and discussing financing options and warranties. This was my first car purchase and Jim Norton made the process easy and comfortable.

Had a horrible experience at Jim Nortons. Bottom line it was bad, Jake a young 20 yr old sales men was completely unprofessional and lied on atleast two occasions. One occasions was when I popped the hood to
Inspect the engine on a Honda Civic he was trying to sell me. Upon my inspection I noticed on the wind shield wiper fluid cap it said leaks bad. So I then called jake and he said that it was written that it leaks bad because maintaince had already fixed it and it was them that wrote that. I then decided to buy wind shield wiper fluid and see for myself. Upon my amazement it was leaking very bad.
And had definently not been fixed. I then directly showed jake the issue and he made up yet another excuse and then told me to leave and that I was waisting his time. I then left and he later called me. I explained to him I wished he would of just told me that he doesn't know if it's fixed or not instead he then told me to not tell him how to do his job. I will never come to Jim Nortons again.

Super disappointed with this dealership as far as getting a truck ordered, but their service dept is pretty good. I went in at the beginning of March because I was interested in the 2017 TRD Pro. I got my truck evaluated for a trade in and told them I was just looking at pricing between them and one other dealership. They were pretty friendly and I ended up giving them a down payment to order what I wanted. They told me that it would take a couple months and they would be in touch. It's been 3 months and I never heard back from them. Not even a courtesy call to check up and say hey we haven't forgotten about you. A couple weeks ago I saw they had the truck I ordered in stock. I thought that maybe they just got it and would give me a call. I finally got time to go in there and ask about it, but they told he they "think" they just sold the truck the day before. Their system was apparently down and couldn't find out for me. This time I talked to two different guys and again - they were friendly and said they would take care of me. It's now been another couple weeks and I still haven't even received a peep. Great customer service includes follow ups! I'll be shopping some where else.

Well first of all we had a bad experience with the price of a truck we bought. I complained how we were done and Sales manager did make it good. However I am happy with the truck and love it, but when we went through financing part we were told what a good deal we were getting on a warranty for the truck. He kept supposedly lowering the price! We wanted a four year loan but with warranty to get the monthly payment where we wanted had to go that extra year. Only catch we didn't like, we would be paying for five years and warranty was for two??!! Didn't like that. So my husband shopped around on internet we both called a couple of places and read reviews, found one that was $1900. for 5 years or 100,000 miles, which ever came first. It took us two or three days to finally get in touch with the finance guy, left message after message we wanted to cancel the warranty. Finally heard back, but he said it was to late to change the financing to four years. We came and signed the papers. Took 6 weeks for them to credit our loan for $3184. lots of difference from $1900. and longer coverage!! Ok so today I go to Bank Of America to redo the loan for four years, because I don't want to pay the extra interest. She told me he lied to us that they had 14 days they could have resubmitted the loan papers!! Also that now that its past the 14 day period we would have to go through the whole thing again and they can't guarantee we can get same interest rate. She couldn't tell me much of anything, what the difference in interest would be to just pay it out with regular payments, she couldn't tell me it would pay off early which makes no sense!! I left mad, wasted trip and I'm now looking for someone else that has answers. Bottom line, Jim Norton got me in this, this is my second purchase from them, my son has bought a new Malibu from you, My sister in law bought a new toyota pickup from you. Now you think any of us will come back?? I don't like being lied to, and we were. The only reason why you get two stars is because of the manager in used car sales and the salesman JC was nice, nothing was really his fault even the first misunderstanding about the price of the truck. It just cost us a extra trip out there and we don't live close.

Its all very easy. The staff are very organized, they are ready when you get there and you're in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I also mentioned a small scratch on the passenger side of my vehicle and Joey had the service guys buff it out for me at no charge. Thank you!!

Absolute awful experience. Highly recommend never sharing your email address with them as they will continue to spam you. I sent numerous requests to be removed from these robo emails....you know, the type of email that was not typed by a person but sent by the system as a response to an inquiry.

I love Toyota s and bought a Camry here in 2005 but would never consider buying from Jim Norton again.

Who knew you can buy a brand new car, zero down in less than an hour? Do I have perfect credit? Nope! Did I feel intimidated by a sales person, trying everything to sell me things on a car I don't need? Absolutely not! Go to Jim Norton Toyota! Ask for Karyssa Foster, she will find you a car that suits your needs and your budget. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time anywhere else, for example Route 66 Chevy!!!!
My finance Manager was Andy! He is a very respectful man. He will work with you!
This has been the best car buying experience of my life!

Dr. Todd was amazing!!! We came in to look at a car, we'd seen online. Dr. Todd warmly greeted us, knew about the vehicle, let us take a test drive, and we fell in love with the car!!! Dr. Todd and Marie worked with us way past closing time to help us drive it home that night!!! Thank you both!!!!

Had a wonderful experience with Jim Norton Toyota. This was my VERY first NEW car so I was a little nervous. My sales man Rod was wonderful, helpful, and put my mind at ease. And the finance manager Cole was very efficient polite and organized. Very pleasant staff all around.

Great service department. They offered to take me home, since the wait would be over 1 hour. Got in a clean van, and was taken home. The first service was free, provided by ToyotaCare. Thanks for the good work!

I originally went to Jim Norton to look at a used ...

I originally went to Jim Norton to look at a used Toyota Tundra, but it was very rough so decided against it. The used car guy mentioned some new Tundras they had around my price point and brought one out. They were able to match the price point I was looking at so I bought a new 2018 Toyota Tundra Crew Max TRD Offroad at the end of December 2019. The salesman was not knowledgeable about the truck and made several erroneous claims from gas mileage to features "This truck has lane detection and correction". None of this bothered me as I have owned many Toyota products in the past including a Tundra and know (for the most part) what the truck can do. Part of my problem was likely caused by continuing to look at a new truck with the used car salesman.

None of the above really bothered me as I said. The problem that bothered me is the lack of a second key. Sounds trivial right? That's what I thought also. They wrote on my paperwork that the key was missing and they would have one made and get it to me ASAP. It is now April 5th and still no key. Numerous calls, emails, voicemails, and still no key. Yesterday I received an email from Jim Norton that said in the subject line "Hope I did a good job" and the body of the email was asking me to send referrals. Keep in mind that I can't get a response from Jim Norton except these automated/canned sales emails.

How did I finally get my key? Well I haven't yet, but should on Monday. Turns out if you call Jim Norton and tell them you are going to begin writing negative reviews until you have your missing truck key they actually start listening. I hope this post helps someone else avoid or shorten their frustrations when dealing with Jim Norton. Regrettably, I used to have a very high opinion of this dealership, but not anymore.

EDIT: Today is Monday 4/8/2019 and I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time to have my oil changed and key made and was told in service that they did not have a record of needing a key made and that it might take longer to get that taken care of. I allotted an hour for this service per Jim Norton personnel's recommendation. I was assured my key would be made while I am here when I spoke to the sales manager. Here I sit wondering if attention to detail is a lost art at Jim Norton...

I was also informed that my truck has many recalls, which was nice to learn about, but a better way to inform the customer about recalls is to contact them prior to being on-site. Had I known there were recalls I would gladly have allotted more time to get them taken care of. This is not so much a complaint on my part as advice for workflow improvement which will also assist with customer satisfaction.

They called me up seemed nice enough. Then got real pushy for us to come in. With everything going on I just don t think it s a good idea to come in to just look at a car. And the sales woman had no knowledge of pricing or vehicles. Very disappointed.

I had a good experience at Jim Norton. The sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They weren't the typical high pressure got to make the sell today outfit. I took my time in selecting the vehicle I wanted. They found exactly what I was looking for and brought it to their dealership for me to test drive. The financial group was good to work with also. Very competitive interest rates. All and all a good experience.

All the salesman I met with were really nice, we bickered on the price a little but we eventually came to an agreement.

After moving to this area, I selected Jim Norton Toyota as the location for servicing my two Toyota vehicles. The outstanding and helpful service for the last two years encouraged me to lease new vehicles thru them. My experiences with Wilford Friday, Todd, and Brian Smith were very positive. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Twice I found cars on their site I wanted. Wouldn't you know it. They were both sold and they just couldn't be bothered to take them down from the site. You'd think that they would have one of their internet sales team take a click or two out of their day to do that. Smells like dishonesty to me.

I also tried to get an estimate on a trade in. They require all your information to do this but they actually have a button that says "I don't want to talk to a dealer at this time" button. Stupid me, I believed it. I got an email, phone call and text. Feels like dishonesty to me.

Jim Norton Tulsa's Service Department is, in my opinion, without equal. They have an experienced service staff and mechanics who get you in and out with minimum delay and they keep you continually updated while you wait. Their waiting area is a pleasant respite with comfortable surroundings and a great coffee and sandwich bar. I've never had a negative experience there and courtesy and quality service seems to be their first priorities. A great example of what automobile service should be!

Spoke with a salesperson for two days about a Toyota 4 runner. Did the online credit app and asked what my interest rate would be before making the drive there. Day 1 was told that the finance department was very busy and they wouldn't be able to tell me. But wanted me to come in after researching other dealers and finding better deals $3,000 cheaper price. The salesman sends me a text telling me I was approved at 4.5% and $404 for 72 months and $0 down with 12,000 mile warranty so I decided to go in. Everything was good until we got to the finance department. It was a total lie in fact it was 10% interest higher than the current interest. Once I showed the text that the salesman sent the finance guy then showed it to the finance director. I was given a lil more for my trade. But was totally lied to I even had them text me a sheet showing the payment and total months and interest rate.

IMG_2568.JPG
0 Down 78 months $404 a month that's cheaper than your current payment of $408 on your current car- that was the salesman text! The vehicle was even listed with a sunroof which was $900 that wasn't taken off the price! My advice do your homework! Crunch your numbers and be prepared!

I was only there for 5 minutes but the people were ALL smiling and polite. The people working there actually seem like they want to be there, that's tough to find... Someone that LIKES their job!

Samuel Leslie was our sales person at Jim Norton Toyota. The entire process was low key, not pressure. Mr. Leslie was professional, informative and made the entire experience a pleasure. The entire staff was pleasant and there was no pressure at any point in the process. We have purchased many vehicles over the "decades" and usually feel there is some manipulation involved. There was none here and we feel we were given the best possible deal without all the pressure, pretense and manipulation. We highly recommend Jim Norton Toyota in general and Samuel Leslie in particular.

Efficient service and loaner car program was my review 2 years ago,... update 2019, I asked by email about availabity of a car 2 months ago that was for sale and they won't quit calling on my business cell phone, even after I changed my message stating that callers should not leave a message unless they are patients or personal phone calls, this is a Dr office emergency phone and they continue to leave messages weekly, they will never get my business again, just went to OKC to buy my new Avalon. FYI if you don't mind a slightly used rental car buy at Hertz in OKC, it saved me $5000 and they did not harass me by phone.

Their rental customer service is a joke. Thanks for putting a damper on our Thanksgiving trip and not giving me all the details before I wasted my time driving up there. I've used my atm card with a Visa logo on it in the past for renting a vehicle and now all of a sudden because I'm not renting through service I can't use it and no one thought to let me know this a head of time as to not waste anyones time. Awesome. I offered to pay in cash for the deposit and hold and still no. Wont be referring anyone here again for a rental

Jim norton toyota let me down today. I live about 35 miles from them. I submitted credit application, email them the truck I interested(stock#s, vin#s), down payment($3000) and montly payment i can afforded. I was pre-approved. When i got there my payment was $210 higher. So I decided to leave, but Robert(sale guy) wants me to talk to a manager first. The manager came and told me that emails doesn't mean anything, word of mouth is more important. I bought several vehicles from them even referred people to buy vehicles and this is how they treated me. They are starting to lie to get people inside even the manager, he know who I am. Friends be careful next time you go to jim norton toyota or just go to other toyota around here.

It was a pleasant experience. I bought a new Camry from them. Micheal Budde helped me with test drive and explained features. He also took us to the lot to find available colors and models. It wasn't a high pressure sale. They gave us time and their attention. The negotiation was also good and I am happy with the deal I got from them.

We are super satisfied with our new 2018 Toyota Camry SE, thanks to Brad Mincer!
If you guys are shopping by, please speak with Brad Mincer, he was amazing to us. We couldn't be more happier.
Brad Mincer isn't pushy like every other salesman out there.. he had a great deal of knowledge in the car we were looking to purchase, he explained the car in details, he also pulled up a another car (because we weren't sure of which car to go with.. black or white.. we ended up with Black), he was patient with our decision, he broke down our out-the-door cost of the car, we test drove the car.. he showed us how to put the cars features in use, and so much more. Brad went above and beyond to make sure that the car (we have now) is the ONE FOR US.
We were very indecisive when looking at the car, but Brad Mincer was patient and gave us time and personal space for us to talk and think about it... 3 hours later, we said yes! Before we even signed the papers, Brad inspected our car to see if there were any flaws...surprisingly, there was.. our windows had bubbles.. (our windows were tinted, but not fully done or it came off?), and they fixed it for us right away! After we bought the car, he also spent about a good 30 minutes with us outside just making sure we knew all the features our car offered, he helped us hook up our phones with the car! And that night, he also followed up on our car, to see how everything was.
Our experience at Jim Norton was overall amazing, it couldn't have been any better. The customer service (especially our salesman, Brad Mincer) was friendly, welcoming, and understanding.
I would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE because they are great at what they do!
Who knows... you could walk out with a brand new 2018 Toyota car of your dreams for LESS than what OTHER dealerships OFFER!

If you or your friends have ever considered a Toyota - new or used - please connect with Le Heffner! My new Tundra was exactly the truck I was looking for. Lee helped me understand subtle nuances and value built in between other vehicles I was considering. Ford F-150 among them.

Lee had a "no push" attitude, and allowed me time to look, ask questions, and arrive at my own conclusion that the Tundra had all the features I wanted. Including better quality, inherent to Toyota, and I was able to work out the financing that made sense to me and more importantly, to my wife!

Make sure you ask for Lee Heffner to help you find and to buy/lease your next Toyota vehicle. His gentle, caring nature made it a pleasure to do business with Jim Norton!

Almost bought a car in June but the timing was not right. Took up a fair amount of time with my sales person. When I returned looking to buy something else a few months later same people where happy to see me. Took care of me and even though we ran into a snag when I was going to buy the car Zach and David made sure the right thing was done and I bought the car the next day. It's my first Toyota. For the most part everything else before has been a Honda. I would definitely recommend Jim Norton for anyone looking for a Toyota or a good used car..

Curiosity pulled me in to check the trade-in value...

Curiosity pulled me in to check the trade-in value of my '08 Avalon Limited. Much to my surprise, the dealership was willing to offer me a little more than half of its '08 purchase price. That opened the door to seeing what it could cost to upgrade from my '08 to a brand new '12 model.

Salesman Thomas Hector asked me several questions and then quickly came up with a perfect new car for me. It had been sitting in inventory for too long and Jim Norton Toyota was willing to greatly minimize its profit margin to move it off their lot and into my garage. Throughout the visit, Thomas showed himself to be well informed, more than helpful without ever crossing over into "pushy," and quite efficient. He even insisted that I program his personal cell number into my phone so I could easily reach him quickly at any time with questions about my new car.

Then I went into Mike David's office to discuss financing and service plans. This is an area I usually find tedious and fraught with high pressure, but Mike smoothly discussed my various options, ably demonstrated how much money I could save in the long run with particular plans and his genuine warm personality made the process satisfying.

I already know from four years of experience that the service department will deliver in spades on every promise and expectation, so my new Avalon will, like its predecessor, still be in the best possible shape and maximum value when I'm ready for another trade-in in a few years.

Forrest Willson was a big help to us in our first ...

Forrest Willson was a big help to us in our first experience with Jim Norton Toyota.
He explained everything about the vehicle we were looking out very well.
He listened to what we weer looking for & found us the right vehicle. In stock.

The only reason we did not give it a five is because there seemed to be confusion about how the aftermarket remote starter worked. But, that turned out to be because the vendors printed instructions did not match up exactly to the method necessary to opperate the device.

Forrest patiently walked us thru that until he was certain we were satisfied.

I would reccomend Forrest to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.
