I recently purchased a new Toyota 4Runner from Jim Norton Toyota. What makes Jim Norton stand out, is that I live 50 miles away and was trying to purchase from my local dealership, but they obviously didn't feel my business was important. Once I contacted Jim Norton, sales rep Steve Krenz contacted me and went out of his way (out of state that is) to find me the exact vehicle I was looking for, and provided an exceptional price.
