Disappointing after they got their money...After the sale was closed.

The interaction before and during sale was pretty good. Everybody was very polite and helpful and they gave me a decent deal without a lot of haggling.

But, after I took delivery, it's like they never heard of me. They never sent my paperwork needed to purchase a tag. After 3 1/2 weeks of waiting (new tag required in 4 weeks), I called three different people making an inquiry and left messages, including the Manager of the Finance department (that is the group that handles paperwork) after I didn't get a response from anybody else. Even the Manager never called back! Bottom line, nobody took care of it....I had to go pick it up myself on the last legal day and drive straight to the tag agency.

Love my vehicle....but I'm very nervous about how Jim Norton Toyota is going to treat me throughout the rest of the time I own it.
