Justin Mayer went above and beyond allowing me to test drive several vehicles. He also was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and their safety features. It was nice to have someone so knowledgeable to work with. He is a class act. Likewise, the finance person, Zack Pinney, was awesome. He spent time sharing all of the options available for purchase so that I would be adequately covered by warrantys and service plans etc. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was not high pressure just explained what was available and did a great job. I am so impressed by these 2 young men, I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car. I have told several friends and family about how great these men are and strongly suggested they visit Jim Norton Toyota for a great car buying experience that exceeded my expecatations.
