Haven't bought my truck yet, but my experience with Jim Norton Toyota was AMAZING! Todd was our sales man & Shaun was my finance guy. Todd didn't pressure us into buying & was patient with me & my husband on choosing the right vehicle. Shaun made me feel like Toyota is my family. I will be returning Monday & decide if i really would like to buy a truck from there. Waiting on approval too!
