Bad service, horrible follow-up. Jim Norton Toyota does not understand how to take care of customers. I placed an order and paid a down payment for a new truck that they did not have on the lot, only to receive no information or updates for 3 weeks. To me as a customer, zero communication or updates likely meant zero progress being made, which was suggestive of zero effort being made to deliver my truck. The dealer trade manager and sales manager dropped the ball on this sale, and when I got my money back to place the same order with Bob Howard, Jim Norton Toyota was still no closer to having my truck. Do not shop here unless you see the exact vehicle you want on their lot.
