Much thanks to Mr Adrian Hester of Hoffman Audi on navigating me thru a joyful experience of acquiring a beautiful spectacular black Audi Q7 from Hoffman Audi. Unlike my previous experience of car purcase, it took me less than 35mins to comfortably make up my mind. I was actually on way to Acura of Berlin. Mr. Adrian Hester is a complete gentlEman and a professional. Thanks again Adrian for making my dream come through.

Rocky took the time to listen to the concerns that I had about my brakes, and manager John Webster went above and beyond to ensure that I left as a fully satisfied customer. This team cares about their clientele, and that level of professionalism is commendable. Great job, and thank you!

I ve serviced my car at Hoffman Audi over the past 4 years and the service had been decent. My most recent encounter however has forced me to write this review. Audi a few years back issued a recall of their ignition coils for my model (common problem with Audi); upon bringing it to Audi s service department I was notified they would only replace them when they went bad. As they went bad, and they all did, I brought it in each time. The last coil went bad recently and when I brought it in the service department refused to honor the recall saying they had noted the recall closed. This was obviously closed in error since I only had 3 of the 4 replaced. After they reviewed my extensive list of prior services they noted only 3 had been replaced and still refused to fix this final coil. I brought the car to Firestone to have this replaced at significant cost to me. Following this review I will be writing a letter to Audi Corporate and the Attorney General about this company s refusal to replace recalled items. I will keep everyone posted.

Service is excellent they get you in and out quickly with no problems with a courtesy car I highly recommend their service department.

On the other hand their finance department really needs help very hard to get in touch with and to get a phone call back

He took his time before, during, and after the test drive to explain the car's features and answer all my questions. The entire process was very smooth and straightforward. I will definitely look for Steve again the next time I m in the market for a new Audi. I most highly recommend him!!

Wonderful ! I dealt with Mark Natter, he is good, knows the car very well and very informative in regard to car features. I was looking at a used Audi A4. He is quiet because he listens to his customers on what their needs unlike most other used cars salesman who go on a rant. If I ever go back I'm always asking for Mark Natter. 4 star because not so much fun experience with the financing manager, was being pushed in the last minute to buy an extended warranty inspite of asking for some time to review. Finance: Please don't get pushy because you have a number target for end of month, not my problem. If it was not for Mark, I'd have walked away, he even found a Audi finance scheme which can save $500 when finance team wasn't willing to further research on it.

A little over 6 months ago, I needed a new car and...

A little over 6 months ago, I needed a new car and was extremely excited to purchase my first ever German-luxury performance vehicle with Hoffman Audi. With respect to the sales experience, I have nothing but kind words and compliments for the new car sales team that I worked with at Hoffman not only did they facilitate a test drive by bringing the car out to my home, the buying process with my salesperson was, without a doubt, one of the easiest, most honest, and all-around positive automotive purchasing experiences I have had to date.

That all having been said, the level of service, support, and my overall customer experience with Audi as a brand after the sale has been completely abysmal. Despite not being a daily-driving car (I work from home and travel extensively for work), over the past 6 months my new Audi has accumulated damage at a rate well in excess of anything I have ever experienced with previous vehicles. This includes vehicles that I, or other members of my family, have owned. While I completely expect that wear and tear will naturally occur on any car, over the course of my relatively limited driving, the paint and exterior finishes on my car have developed deep paint chips (down to the metal in many cases) and scratches (most recently from simply brushing snow off the car). This is occurring despite my purchase of several thousand dollars worth of extended care packages/plans/warranties, including $1000 worth of Simoniz GlassCoat, and ~$1700 in paint protection film that was applied over top of a poor attempt at touching up the damaged paint (a few examples included below). Moreover, I have repeatedly been told that none of the extra protections I have purchased apply in any way to the damage I have been seeing on my car.

In short, after my experiences with Hoffman Audi and Audi as a brand, I have gone from being an excited car enthusiast, thrilled at the prospect of getting into the world of German luxury-performance with my very first Audi, to a skeptic who is, without drastic action from Audi National or Hoffman Audi, unlikely to purchase an Audi vehicle ever again.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Hoffman Audi. I just bought a 2016 A4 through Dani Sayegh, Audi brand specialist there, and the whole process was fluid and simple. They were caring and honest with their expert opinions -- I felt in great hands the whole time. The facility itself is beautiful and they accommodate your needs in a timely manner. I highly recommend going through Dani at Hoffman if you are considering buying/leasing an Audi!

Normally I dread car shopping .... dealing with pushy car salesman and all.....But working with Ron Palladino has been awesome. He's helping me find my dream Q5 that fits within my budget. He goes the extra mile and is extremely personable. He's definitely an asset for the dealership! 5 STARS!

Update: 4.25.17 . My husband and I just worked with Ron Palladino to purchase a CPO 2016 Audi A6. It was such a smooth and enjoyable experience. Ron was efficient and very knowledgeable about all Audi models. Ron helped us find the perfect exterior/interior combo and within our price range. He has been the best salesman we've ever dealt with!

There was damage that was done to the paint of my car when I had a repair done at this dealership. Chips out of the paint and paint completely torn off when I picked up my very expensive Audi S6. I have put thousands of dollars into maintenance and repairs at this shop and spent my hard earned military disability retirement on a nice vehicle and was expecting a respectful manager to come out to me and offer a way to clear up any complaint that a loyal customer may have.

The manager came out and looked at my car, looked at me, and said, my shop didn't do this, im not reconditioning your paint, I don't buy it, and threw his hands up in the air and turned his back to me and walked away before I even finished explaining the damage that was done by his dealership.

This was the head manager, Elliot Matos..... When I stopped him from walking back into his office and blatantly disrespecting me with "I don't buy it im done here im not reconditioning your paint" he turned around and stopped again and said "I owe you nothing, im not fixing anything, your car was repaired, I owe you nothing, I don't buy it"
And walked away from me AGAIN.

Respect after I put thousands and thousands of dollars into your business, and say "hey maybe this or that happened" and calmly explain to me an even possible understanding we could come to, I wouldn't be as angry, but you throw your hands in the air and turn your back to me when I show you damage your dealership did after I dump hundreds of dollars into a repair!? He says "I don't need to come to an understanding with you I owe you nothing"

I said oh because im a young kid coming in here with a serious complaint you think you can just walk away from me, after I spend thousands and thousands at this dealership I expect you to respect me and speak to me like a respected customer...... He says "your wrong I can do what I want", and I said "the customer is ALWAYS right SIR! And your disrespecting me and walking away from me after YOU damaged MY car when I dumped 450 bucks plus tax into your business!"

I said you should at least talk to me, you think because im a young kid you can throw your hands up say I don't buy it and walk away huh? I expect you to respect me as a customer and at least sit me down, APOLOGIZE for my aggravation, and offer something to come to an understanding.

He says, "I owe you nothing, your car was repaired" and went on to tell me that how dare i disrespect him by raising my voice!

I said I give what I get! I am THE CUSTOMER and I was disrespected by the head manager of this service facility then you turn around and lecture me about how I should be showing you respect!?!?

I said give me your card now, I will be in touch with the better business bureau and with your ownership, and he said "you can't do anything" and handed me his card, told me to leave, and closed the door on me.

If you have a vehicle to put lots of money into an expensive repair or maintenance, and it comes out damaged, you can expect to be called a liar, have your back turned to you by management before you even finish explaining your aggravation, and be yelled at and then lectured on respect to them when you came in with a vehicle that was damaged by them.

I gave this dealership one star because ZERO stars is not an available rating. The best I could do here was get the manager to say "yes, the customer is always right, but your still wrong" and walk away from me.

I just purchased a new 2018 Audi S4 from John Gomes and had a very positive experience. From John to Sales Manager Adrian Hester and Finance Manager Drew White they were all trustworthy and helpful in my making a buying decision. I much preferred their service and professionalism as compared to other dealerships I've dealt with.

Though new on the assignment John was very knowledgeable on the Audi vehicle lineup and options. He was a pleasure to work with in getting the vehicle with the options I wanted and I look forward to working with their sales team and service department in the future.

We had a pretty poor experience with Hoffman Audi service. Our car was brought there by our insurance company for electrical repairs. We received a text Monday afternoon letting us know the car was ready and then the rental car company called and told us it at had been ready on Friday. I said I had just gotten the text and was picking it up the next day. No one ever called or sent an actual message, I just heard from the automated system. When we arrived they didn t know who had been working on it (it ended up being the person who was trying to figure that out). The price given to us was over $1600 even through our deductible was $1000. Another 15 minutes and they corrected that. Went out to the parking lot to get the car. Orange numbers were written in marker/crayon in there windows that hadn t been cleaned off and the car was filthy. We had already been there forever and I decided just to take the car like that. We started driving and within a minute the gas warning came on. I didn t even have enough gas to get home. Looked in the car the next day and found many, many grease stains. Floor mats on driver and passenger side have large grease stains and so does the back. Leather upholstery also has grease stains. We are very disappointed that an Audi dealer would return a car to us in worse condition than when it arrived. We are now going to have to have the car professionally cleaned and seek legal counsel if the stains do not come out.

I just brought a 2015 A3 TDI from Hoffman and our sales rep. was Brandon Chin. If you are shopping for Audi at Hoffman, you should ask for Brandon. He treats every client the same way regardless of rather it is a A3 or A7 that you are looking to buy. He gives you the attention when he is with you and not checking his phone or running around the showroom. He was understanding and appreciative of our business. More importantly, he made the test ride fun and very comfortable for me.

On a different note, I love my car! it rides smooth, it has power, it is luxury, it is fun, it is safe... I just love it!

Brought it in service for a recall item. They are great about scheduling a loaner car. Also told them the car failed inspection, thought it was related. They told me that they should have never even inspected it because my check engine light is on. Explained that it's been on since the last time I had it serviced. They told me I should have called them. I didn't want to explain how every time I take it in there's a problem when I leave or a $1,000 repair for something they find. Took it in for an environmental recall... when I got it back my AC didn't work. They told me it wasn't related. A coincidence and a $1,000 bill. Guess what, I got the car back and my check engine light is on again.

I had an incredible experience working with Hoffman Audi. If you are shopping for a new Audi, you definitely want to request Peter Helou. In a world of high pressure sales causing a typically miserable shopping experience, Pete flips that paradigm on its head. He's an absolute star. Zero pressure...and he'll genuinely do anything he can to help make a purchase possible for you.

On good faith, he sourced a car from states away. He worked relentlessly for me to get the best deal. And he did.

Ultimately, my wife decided to go with a different vehicle. But that was no fault of Hoffman Audi's or indeed Pete's efforts. Compared to the competition, Pete put together the most financially aggressive deal. The reason I mention that I didn't take an Audi home (this time around) is to let you know that my experience was SO distinctly superb that I'm writing a review despite not making a purchase. That's how good they really are. They deserve the accolades.

It's my pleasure to give this feedback. Pete is a genuinely good person. You won't regret seeking his advice and expertise.

I met Dylan Bigge in October 2018 by walking into ...

I met Dylan Bigge in October 2018 by walking into the dealership. He greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake. I was interested in either an RS3 or an S4, and wanted to see the difference in size, first hand. I explained to him that I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel and wasn't looking to purchase until the middle part of 2019. Even though Dylan knew I wasn't buying a car that day, he still gave me his undivided attention. Fast forward to June 2019, I again walked into the dealership to see if an RS3 that was showing in-transit had arrived yet. That's when I met Peter Helou, one of the sales managers. Dylan was out that day but Peter spent some time with me discussing RS3 options. It turns out the RS3 that was in-transit was a customer ordered car, but it was due in within a few days. I asked to be notified when it arrived so I could see it in person. Dylan sent me an email when it arrived, so I met with him. After seeing the RS3 in person (beautiful car), I realized the trunk wasn't large enough (love to golf), so we moved the discussion to the S4. They appraised my car and gave me top dollar for it without any hassle. The S4 I was looking for wasn't going to make it by the end of the month, so we settled on a car from one of their partner dealers. Not only did Dylan and Peter agree to my deal on the original car, the dealer swapped car had more equipment, and they honored the same price! Incredible customer service, I won't hesitate to go back for service or future sales. Keep up the good work guys!! Thanks again,

Ron Palladino and the team bent over backwards to expedite everything so we could make it back in time. And they cut no corners to do it, the car was perfect, everything was in order. I wanted to take the time to write the following to express my appreciation for the professionalism and dedication to customer services displayed by Elliot Matos and Olivia Roy. I was having issues with the turbo of my Audi A4 and Elliot and Olivia took my car in immediately which is not common for most dealerships. They were extraordinary and went above and beyond anything expected. They dropped me off at work and picked me up to arrange my loaner until the car was fixed. They accommodated my schedule to ensure I made it to all my work and family commitments without any disruptions. It was an extremely pleasant experience which I have not had at other dealerships. I know I will be taking my car back for service to Hoffman Audi of East Hartford because of the fantastic service I received from Elliot and Olivia. I am also confident I will be purchasing my next car from them as well.

Crooked dealer, makes false promises and do not keep their word. Inconsiderate and non accommodative. They try to squeeze out money from you in any way possible. Will say anything to get you to sign the lease and will later back out of their word. This dealership ruins the reputation of Audi and cannot be trusted.

Incredibly disappointed with my experience here. I scheduled an appointment to have an oil leak looked at. I dropped off the vehicle the night before my appointment so they would have it first thing in the morning. I checked in with them at noon the following day and they said they hadn t diagnosed the issue yet . I checked in again at 3:15 after not hearing from them and didn t get a response until 4pm where they told me it was a oil drain plug that was installed incorrectly and they wanted to charge me $240 to replace it. When I explained that I had an extended warranty they told me I had to contact the warranty company directly, explain the issue with the vehicle and see if they would cover it. After going back and forth, at 5:15 they said they would fix it no charge and 15 minutes later said the car was ready to be picked up but it had to get picked up by 6:30 or I d have to wait to get it in the morning. They gave me less than an hour s notice to drive through Hartford at rush hour. Not to mention it took a full day to diagnose a leak from the oil drain plug which is what I wrote in my paperwork that I thought the issue was. All of my conversation with them was through texting as every time I tried to call and speak to someone it went to voicemail. I expected way more from this dealer and couldn t have been more disappointed. I will be having my vehicle serviced elsewhere from now on.

He is courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.
This is the second Audi we purchased from Mark and actually enjoy buying a car. Our 2017 A6 Competition is everything we expected.

Good news is they found and fixed the issue with m...

Good news is they found and fixed the issue with my coolant leak and it was covered under warranty.
Bad news is the shuttle service. Dropped off my car at 8:30am (my scheduled appointment time) and waited almost an hour for the shuttle, which actually never came. After a half hour, they told me the shuttle would be here in 5 minutes; 15 minutes later they said 10 minutes. When I complained, the sales manager ended up driving myself and another person (who had been waiting longer than me) into downtown Hartford. Fortunately, the return shuttle went much smoother.

I live in West Hartford but purchased my Audi Q7 in New London in Aug 2014. At that time I was not happy with the service I was given for follow up questions( re the hight technology features). I got the feeling that the person I dealt with had no interest in me once he had sold me the car and gotten his commission. Therefore, I called Hoffman of East Hartford as I had been pleased with their Lexus service for many years. When I explained my situation they said don't bother to come in as we will send someone to your house to help you. Wow I couldn't believe that! They sent Adrian Hester(probably because they thought he was the most knowledgable in the car's technology). He was amazing and very patient with an OLD(er) lady - maybe because we had a North Carolina connection! Anyway for the past year+ I have continued to contact Adrian whenever I have a question or concern. He is always helpful and assures me I am not bothering him. It is a real pleasure doing business with him and when the time comes for another car it will definitely be from him. He is a great asset to Hoffman's company.

I am not sure I can express what a great experience we had at Hoffman Audi. We started on the internet after I some how was pre-approved by Audi financial to lease a new Q5 (my dream car). The internet contact person Nicole was so polite and patient working through if I could get what I wanted in a 15 and we decided on the new 2016... yes I am a brat!. An appointment was made with Brand Specialist Stacey Violette and in my 50 years of buying and trading cars this was the most professional experience I have had. Jonathan the sales manager and Brian the finance manager were also very gracious and made sure all of my needs were met quickly and accurately. I know am the proud owner of the best looking Q5 made in 2016 the Utopia Blue Metallic with the Pistachio Beige Interior.
Recommend Hoffman Audi group of professionals with the highest compliment I can pay any dealer.

Poor customer service... Brought in two cars for service and they provided me with a loaner car that reeked of smoke, had bits of shattered glass throughout the car, a missing car mat, missing gauge cluster cover and an interior that was grimy with stains. When I brought this to their attention I was told "Yes, that vehicle had some issues." and then they tried to use COVID to rationalize it away. You knew the car had issues and you were still using it as a loaner? That is insanely poor judgement and speaks volumes for your ability or inability to take care of cars and customers.

I was very dissatisfied. I had a issue with my car and they told me i had to live with it. Because there was no fix. So i did not want to take that for an answe, so i asked more about it. And Jason McGinnis was very RUDE and unwilling to understand my concern being that I m not a service tech. He did not explain to me where i could understand. Just rude and i was not satisfied! I was told to call back to speak with the service manger Elliot Matos and i have yet to speak with him. Lastly i called New London Hoffman Audi and i got ALL of my question answered i a very nice way. Thank you Hoffman New London.

Decent dealership so far for service, my service advisor was very good. I went in for an oil change, purchased a service package but also needed a part that took 2 days to get. I couldn't get a loaner for the oil change at the time of my appointment, then when the part I needed (which was covered under new car warranty, would be there 2 days later) they couldn't offer me a loaner for those 2 days. Definitely an inconvenience. Never had that issue with my BMW or MB service when they found additional issues, and I expect that paying for a premium luxury brand gets you loaners in situations like this. Definitely not impressed but i'll give them another chance hopefully after covid.

I didnt buy my car from them due to their higher pricing, got a much better deal on my 2019 this past summer. Not sure I would buy from them in the future due to that experience but I will use their service for convenience and location. Overall.....ehhhhh. thats why 3 stars.

My experience with Service Rep Bobby King was not ...

My experience with Service Rep Bobby King was not the Hoffman Experience I m accustomed to receiving.

1. I was on a business phone call and Bobby could not give1. I was on a business phone call and Bobby could not give me the respect to wait until I finished my call to tell me the service departments findings. I thought this was rude and disrespectful. He actually walked up to me and began speaking, when it was clear I had a phone to my ear.

2. The conclusion of my business was not the norm, usually the service advisor brings me into their office to discuss any issues, payment etc... Bobby's send off was "see the guy at the desk and pay your bill" Totally not the Hoffman Way!

3. I had to ask Bobby about my multi point inspection as opposed to him sitting with me to share the service techs findings. I understand the Multi Point Inspection software worksheet was not available, but isn't it his job to share with the customer all the findings, especially now that we don t get the multi point inspection documentation? I have to ask Bobby about the wear on my tires and the wear on my brakes. He should have identified that on the description of service and parts document or maybe provided that piece of important information. Better yet, he could have gone above and beyond to include these items in the comments section of the Description of Service and Parts document provided to the customer.

4. As I was leaving to get into my car I noticed the check engine light is now on. It wasn't on when I dropped the car off. I went to Bobby and asked did anyone check to see why the check engine light is on or at least diagnose the issue to see if I wanted to have it fixed. His poor response was "it may have something to do with your oil or coolant leak". My question to him was, did you have someone check with the VAG-COM. His response: we did not have your approval. Total BS, he didn t mention anything about the check engine light or ask for my approval. Nor did he ask would you like us to check it now, while the car is still here? Once again, not the Hoffman Way!

5. Last item saying my last name incorrectly. Not sure if he did it deliberately or if he was just careless.

I did make it known that his service stinks. I even spoke to Athena about the level of service I'm used to getting from the "A Team" who go above and beyond for the customer whether it's providing additional documentation, discounts, identifying other issues and the cost for future service/repairs etc.. The "A Team" in my experience has been Luis, Athena and Jason. I also mentioned I never wish to be paired with Bobby King ever again strictly based on my experience today. I go to Hoffman Audi for service and repairs based on location, service and most importantly...customer service (not to mention the Multi Point Inspection Documentation). Without that document the service advisors should step up their game to help the customer by commenting. It s a nice touch.

Steve Steller is the most wonderful salesman ever! you can call him and he always there for you! 4 years later he still knows me and my husband name. I HATE, HATE, HATE the car buying process. Roland at AudiWerks in Holyoke recommended Hoffman and I am glad he did.

I showed up looking for an Audi Q5 and had some very specific requirements. I was looking for a needle in a haystack. The sales person I worked with, Marco, took the time to listen and understand exactly what I wanted. When we found that needle in the haystack, he did everything he could to make the paperwork process simple and easy.

I will be going back to Hoffman for my next Audi and if he is there, I will be working with Marco again!!!

Thanks to the whole team down there, I couldn't be happier with my new car.

I have never been so disgusted with a dealership in my life! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS PLACE. I wouldn't even recommend purchasing a car from them. I did buy a 2015 A4 and come to find out the backup sensors weren't working - so much for there certified used cars. Junk!!

I have been looking for a Subaru Legacy for a while now. I saw one listed on Auto Trader. I was able to call and schedule an appointment. I met with Adrian on Saturday Morning and fell in love with the car. The customer service we received from the second we stepped in the door was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and while we were waiting we were offered drinks, snacks and a chance to sit and wait and a very comfortable seating area. Adrian went above and beyond. We took the car out and he was NOT pushy which is how I felt at other dealership's. He even offered for my boyfriend to test drive the car as well. He was so easy to talk to. When we went back I knew right away that I was ready to sign the paperwork and he made it so easy. I would HIGHLY recommend Hoffman Audi and especially Adrian to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. I was unlucky that Hoffman did not have the exact car I wanted in stock but went out of their way to get me the vehicle in a relatively short amount of time. Huge thanks to them and especially salesman Wade for everything they did to find me the car and getting me in it. After being towed to Hoffman's later in the afternoon, Jason greeted me and took all the information to repair the car. During our discussions I lamented to him that my family was leaving on vacation to the Jersey shore the next day. I want to thank Jason and the Hoffman team in returning my car the next day! That is great service!

This was my first service experience with Audi and it was a pleasure!! Rocky Subramani was my service person and he was extremely helpful in educating me about the service contract I could buy to save me money, as I drive my cars a long time. He was professional and courteous and I look forward to working with him next time. I was able to utilize the shuttle service which was wonderful. The driver was so kind and responsive. I am so happy with this service!
