I was very dissatisfied. I had a issue with my car and they told me i had to live with it. Because there was no fix. So i did not want to take that for an answe, so i asked more about it. And Jason McGinnis was very RUDE and unwilling to understand my concern being that I m not a service tech. He did not explain to me where i could understand. Just rude and i was not satisfied! I was told to call back to speak with the service manger Elliot Matos and i have yet to speak with him. Lastly i called New London Hoffman Audi and i got ALL of my question answered i a very nice way. Thank you Hoffman New London.
