Good news is they found and fixed the issue with my coolant leak and it was covered under warranty.
Bad news is the shuttle service. Dropped off my car at 8:30am (my scheduled appointment time) and waited almost an hour for the shuttle, which actually never came. After a half hour, they told me the shuttle would be here in 5 minutes; 15 minutes later they said 10 minutes. When I complained, the sales manager ended up driving myself and another person (who had been waiting longer than me) into downtown Hartford. Fortunately, the return shuttle went much smoother.
