Recently worked with Adrian Hester to get a lease on a new Audi A3. Adrian was very helpful throughout the process and quite thorough when providing details on the car itself as well as the lease and any additional concerns I may have. In terms of pricing I felt the dealership gave me a very good deal and made sure I felt comfortable with the pricing throughout the process.
I highly recommend this dealer and Adrian to anyone looking to pick up a new Audi and they will be my first stop when my lease comes due.

I recently had my car in for replacement brakes. The process was made simple and I received personal attention from my service tech Rocky. The facility is also taking good measures to ensure the safety and health of its employees and customers during this pandemic. I felt safe and comfortable bringing my car in for service during COVID-19

All members of the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful; they made purchasing my new car a very pleasant and quick process.

When time to go over the car at pick up, Adrian took the time to explain everything in detail and helped me with all my settings and phone contact transfer/set up. Adrian is awesome!

This Dealership is excellent. The staff are very accommodating, and attentive. The layout of the building gives the showroom a fantastic variaty of vehicles to look at and explore. The sales people are very knowledgeable about the cars, and that is very helpful. The technicians are very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this establishment.

This was our FIRST experience with Hoffman. We purchased our 2015 Audi S5 in Pennsylvania, knowing we'd eventually use Hoffman for service. We didn't think we'd need it at only 2400 miles!

While washing the car yesterday my husband noticed there were two VERY significant sidewall bubbles on one of our front tires. Knowing the seriousness of the situation, and not knowing how long they'd been there, he started calling around to see if he could get a new tire. Given that it was 3PM on a Saturday and the tire was a performance tire, we weren't having any luck.

Needless to say he called Hoffman and explained the situation. Without hesitation they recognized the situation as an "emergency" and told us to bring in the car....even though the Service Department closed at 4PM. When I arrived there at 3:25, without an appointment, the service manager Athena Lindquist was BEYOND pleasant and helpful; not something you usually find in a Service Department! They took the car back and had the tire replaced in no time. Not one attitude that it was almost closing time and no extra premiums given it was an urgent situation!

We have owned a lot of cars and can honestly say this was the BEST service experience we've ever had. Given that it was our first experience at Hoffman and we didn't purchase the car from this dealership, we were beyond impressed with the level of service and helpfulness we received. We look forward to a continued relationship with Hoffman Audi as we'll most certainly be back! Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation, so positive!

My Audi buying experience at Hoffman was enjoyable - from the initial interactions with Ashley to the test drive and deal closing with Brandon, the service provided was exceptional. Brandon was a pleasure to work with!

My wife and I recently bought a new car here. They were great from the start. We Worked with Jenna and she was perfect for us. Very laid back and no pressure at all. We've had the car a month now and she has checked in several times to make sure we were happy and that the car was everything we expected. Worst service center/ mechanics ever. I should have read the yelp reviews. These guys are hacks. Had my Audi for 4 days did zero work on it and tried charging me 600 dollars to tell me they cant figure out my electrical issue. I asked if they actually test drove my car because I learned from a previous experience there to take a photo of your mileage when you drop it off. They swore they did...lies. they even wrote a fake mileage on my paperwork stating the car had more miles than it actually did when i picked it up. These guys are the Audi dealer and I left with an unfixed car and 4 days of missed work. Avoid at all costs. I even left a message with the manager who still has yet to return my call...the best thing I can do is warn others

Hoffman never fails to disappoint. Location makes them easy to use but hard to accept. Never again

Andrew Daniel was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. After owning the same car for 13 years, I was a bit anxious about having to go through the purchasing process again. I ended up buying an A4 and really appreciated Andrew's help and passion for his product. When it's time, I will definitely reach out to Andrew for the next purchase.

Absolute worst dealership I have ever been to... This is my 2nd RS, and I will never bring it back to this place. They will lie, cheat, and steal their way to be the self proclaimed best dealership in the state. Laughable at best. AOA should be aware of the clowns that are representing their brand and forcing customers right out the door, never to return. Absolutely pathetic.

Came for protection film application. Everything was setup in advance, People were extremely friendly. Took a loner car to work (2017 new) in the morning and got mine back early in the afternoon. Protection film was done really well. Highly recommend.

Waited so long to get a new car because I hated the pushy sales people at other dealerships. First time walking into the dealership I was greeted with kindness . I leased an A3, I had the pleasure of dealing with James, Danny and slyvester, all great people . Slyvester was my salesman with a great personality and very knowledgeable about the product. Defiantly would recommend these men for any assistance or questions. !!!

Worst experience ever. Bought a certified pre owned a4 two years ago. After I bought it, I realized it burned a quart of oil every 1000 miles. However, the dealership told me that was normal. Recently, I saw there was a class action law suit towards oil consumption for my vehicle and audi settled to fix the issues. I brought my car in and Hoffman audi told me I'd have to pay out of pocket for it, even though they sold me the defective car that now burns a quart every 500 miles and there was a class action law suit about it. These guys will do anything to squeeze money from you and they are not an honest dealership.

The sales team listened to me, and crafted a deal that met my expectations. John Gomes worked hard on my behalf, with his general manager, Zack Hoffman and their Audi rep.

Zack contacted me directly, and we constructed a win/win scenario that day.

Everything went smoothly, however I was disappointed that my car was not cleaned or vacuumed after the service. I spent a lot of money.

I recently had an Audi from Hoffman Audi of East Hartford and I was assisted by Audi Brand Specialist Dani Sayegh. He was extremely helpful and very prompt during the process and made the whole transaction smooth and fast. Overall, Hoffman Audi is a top notch dealership with highly qualified team and sales force like Dani who knows his business. My experience with Hoffman and Dani Sayegh was great and I would definitely recommend this dealership and the Dani would be the person to go to.

When I arrived for my scheduled appointment to have an air bag recall performed they didn't have the part. No call the day before to cancel. The oil change and bulb replace were done but I have to go back for the recall. They said they would call to reschedule. When after 3 weeks I hadn't heard I followed up. The rep answering the phone referred me to the asst service manager. I left a message for him and have not had a response. I could go on about the rest of the experience being below expectation but failure to return phone calls is a recurring theme with this very unprofessional company.

I have had a great experience with my salesman, John Gomes, he has been great! I stopped in interested in the Q3 but then John explained the 4 wheel drive system and ride height are very similar in the A3 plus more features for the same price, I was sold on the A3. Thank you John and team for a great experience so far.

John even understood that I had a need to fill while waiting for my vehicle and also provided me with an A4 courtesy car until my arrives from their partner dealership, now that is great service!

After looking at various SUVs and dealers nearby in CT (and in FL), we are very happy we got the 2016 Q5 3.0L at Hoffman. It was an excellent experience, from a start on the phone with Heather to set up our appointment to working with Adrian Hester to find the right Q5 at the right price. Adrian was very knowledgeable and professional, and it was actually a pleasure to get the car with his help. The whole process was quick and smooth. Though we live in Northwest CT, nearly 50 miles away, we are delighted to work with Adrian and the team at Hoffman.

Not your average car dealership! The Team at Hoffman went over and above to help us in our auto search. I highly recommend Amaury at Hoffman Audi who personally took care of our needs quickly and answered all our questions.

I wasn't happy. I made an appointment for 7am more than a week in advance for a recall. I checked in at 1pm on my car and was told it's not ready. I asked if my car would be ready at 2pm when I was leaving work, was told no. I was told they need the car all day. Seven plus hours is not enough time, really? If a recall does need more time, shouldn't the Hoffman service advisor tell the customer in advance? This mess could have easily been avoided with just a little communication.

I could not have asked for a better car buying experience, to be quite honest. My saleswoman, Patricia Taylor, was exemplary in her knowledge of all of the different models I looked at, and drove ( and there were more than a few, to be sure!!!) Every make and model, above and beyond Audi, in fact.
Patty was extremely patient, extremely professional, kind, understanding of what my needs and wants were in regard to my new car. Most of all, she and the dealership were so completely 'human' about the entire process. There can be a preconceived notion of car salesmen. As a consumer, I definitely went into the dealership with my defenses up. I was definitely that person. But the minute I started working with Patty, I felt comfortable with her, enthusiasm for Audi, her knowledge base- which is VAST. She is a terrific saleswoman, and to be completely honest, I'd follow her anywhere she went if she ever left Audi. I have had my car serviced at Hoffman Audi East Hartford several times and am very pleased with their service department and dealership. My service manager (Athena) is a true professional. She has made my visits painless and has gone above and beyond each time. I am not an easy customer to please, but this dealership has earned my respect and loyalty.

Andrew Daniels was an excellent salesperson - I had three hours to purchase my new Q7 and Andrew couldn't have been more proficient, professional, and courteous. He anticipated questions I needed to ask, helped expedite the financials, coordinated with service, all with humor and kindness despite a very tight timeline. His follow up has been perfect - again, sharing information on the car that i hadn't had time to learn but needed to know, calling once or twice to make sure i transitioned well. I would not refer my worst enemy to Hoffman Audi or any other auto dealership in the Hoffman family. I should have known better when I walked in the door and the salesman who greeted me basically bum-rushed me back out of the door. I had said, I knew exactly what I was looking for and I offered to sit with him to see what was available, but I was told to "just e-mail" the specs to him. After several e-mails and no response I returned to the dealership and asked for a new salesperson. When a customer in effect "fires" a sales person, you might think this would be an appropriate time for a sales manager to present themselves and find out what the problem is...but not at Hoffman Audi.

I purchased a Audi A4 from an otherwise pleasant other salesperson. However, the dealership failed to deliver the vehicle which I had been told was "in the port lot" in a timely manner. I had hoped to have my vehicle in time for a new years trip up north. In the 10 working days following placing the deposit on the vehicle, wherein the vehicle had not left the "port lot" (I had another Audi dealership check stock) but I was told the vehicle was "on the move" and "could be here any time now" I contacted the sales manager, who's name escapes me. He advised me that I needed to be patient. So it seems I was just being over-excited to get the vehicle I was paying cash for. Again, I should have walked away from my deposit, but I didn't.

I had the vehicle for exactly one week before traveling out of state for a month. Following my return to Connecticut I relocated to Nevada. It wasn't until my 2,800 mile drive West that I noticed that apparently upon Hoffman's prep of my car, they sliced into the leather or the steering-wheel almost all the way around the wheel. Charming. I was, for the most part willing to let all of this go, but for one final stab. I had asked them to correct the spelling of my last name. Hoffman Audi had it misspelled. Upon finally receiving my vehicle and handing over the $40k+ check, I was told, "oh yea, we'll get that fixed". Today I received some forwarded mail and sure enough my name is misspelled.

Audi is the one of the top selling brands and Hoffman Audi through their crap sales team makes it well aware that the vehicle sells itself so they don't have to. As I understand it, they've installed a new sales manager and service manager but I'm relatively positive in all cases of poor business experience, "the fish stinks from the head" and that head's name is on the dealership. If you're interested in an Audi, check them out, they're a great product....but DO NOT seek sales or service from Hoffman Audi... they're concentrated awful!!!

Have been working with these guys for several months now for an SQ5 that is a good fit for me and I am loving my car! I worked closely with Miguel Torres who is the real deal!! He was so patient, easy going and informative. He really knows his stuff about these cars and did his best to take his knowledge in conjunction with what I was looking for to get the right fit. I felt comfortable, and not rushed at all. I met Zach a few times as well who definitely hooked it up for me! I look forward to working with the both of them as well as Hoffman Audi EH in the future!

My husband and I brought our 2 Audis in at the same time. The service agent kept us well-informed and apprised of the progress on the cars. The waiting area is comfortable (big chairs, good coffee). The cars were finished at the same time. They run well and look good (especially for 2001 and 2006 models). Using the web site to set up the appointments was great. And the staff are all personable. We're always satisfied with Hoffman Audi.

Very disappointed in most recent service for our A6.
Price for new brakes was very high. When you figure out the hourly rate charged for labor it was over $200 per hour. I was told the labor for a brake job was a fixed amount.
I was also told I had not spent anything on maintenance to date so it is not bad to have to spend $1800 on brakes. When I asked why rotors had to be replaced I was told it is Audi standard to not cut rotors and replace with every brake pad replacements. Never was told why this was the offical Audi position.

This dealership is great to work with, the sales rep Dylan Bigge was welcoming, patient did his best to accommodate our need in very short time very courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Overall a good experience. I wish I would ve brought in the car before I bought! Found out 2009-11 Audi s were not made to last. Very knowledgeable staff and the video feature of the diagnosis was perfect.

Only giving 4 stars because I needed to come back and plead with them to not charge me extra for something that was left over from the first visit.

We had to go twice since although confirmed at time of first appointment we could get a shuttle ride to our home they told us they wouldn't when we were there and thus we needed to reschedule. The service for the car was good. Information for appointment was incorrect and impacted our planning.

I was leaving on a cross-country trip the next day and realized my tail lights weren t working! They fit me in and fixed me up quickly...and made it safely to California! Thanks Hoffman Audi :)

Great experience there. I've had several audi's over there years, all of which I've taken for service there. However, more recently I went in looking to possibly get into something newer. The sales consulting Brandon C. was awesome. He showed me all the vehicles I wanted to see, worked with me on pricing, and went out of his way to keep me informed of the whole process; all this while feeling no pressure to buy. Dani was extremely helpful in giving me information about the car and helping me to make the car purchase happen.
