I have been looking for a Subaru Legacy for a while now. I saw one listed on Auto Trader. I was able to call and schedule an appointment. I met with Adrian on Saturday Morning and fell in love with the car. The customer service we received from the second we stepped in the door was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and while we were waiting we were offered drinks, snacks and a chance to sit and wait and a very comfortable seating area. Adrian went above and beyond. We took the car out and he was NOT pushy which is how I felt at other dealership's. He even offered for my boyfriend to test drive the car as well. He was so easy to talk to. When we went back I knew right away that I was ready to sign the paperwork and he made it so easy. I would HIGHLY recommend Hoffman Audi and especially Adrian to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. What I loved most was the price, all taxes and fees were already in the price so It made it easy to sign the papers with no hassles !
