I met Dylan Bigge in October 2018 by walking into the dealership. He greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake. I was interested in either an RS3 or an S4, and wanted to see the difference in size, first hand. I explained to him that I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel and wasn't looking to purchase until the middle part of 2019. Even though Dylan knew I wasn't buying a car that day, he still gave me his undivided attention. Fast forward to June 2019, I again walked into the dealership to see if an RS3 that was showing in-transit had arrived yet. That's when I met Peter Helou, one of the sales managers. Dylan was out that day but Peter spent some time with me discussing RS3 options. It turns out the RS3 that was in-transit was a customer ordered car, but it was due in within a few days. I asked to be notified when it arrived so I could see it in person. Dylan sent me an email when it arrived, so I met with him. After seeing the RS3 in person (beautiful car), I realized the trunk wasn't large enough (love to golf), so we moved the discussion to the S4. They appraised my car and gave me top dollar for it without any hassle. The S4 I was looking for wasn't going to make it by the end of the month, so we settled on a car from one of their partner dealers. Not only did Dylan and Peter agree to my deal on the original car, the dealer swapped car had more equipment, and they honored the same price! Incredible customer service, I won't hesitate to go back for service or future sales. Keep up the good work guys!! Thanks again,
