Picked up my new Audi from Hoffman Audi last night. This is the 4th car purchased from Hoffman and 3 were Audis. Hoffman Audi has been my go to dealership for about 10 years and they always take great care of me from the smallest service request to delivering a new vehicle and last night was no exception. It started with my call to Kevin Warner whose response was simply great. Mark Natter once again did an outstanding job from finding the exact car I was looking for to delivering a sharp-looking, well-detailed SQ5 in less than a week. The process was seamless, thorough and efficient. And dealing with Jackie Smith is always a pleasure especially when dealing with the mounds of paperwork you have to go through to get a new car. She is a great addition to the business management team and glad she handled my transaction.
Even though I moved from CT to Long Island 5 years ago and can choose to buy a car from a lot of other dealers, I still come back to Hoffman for all my car's needs!!! These are people I have come to rely on and they never fail to deliver. Hoffman is clearly driven by more than trust, these folks are pros!

I bought a car from the Hoffman Audi in East Hartford, CT. I absolutely would not waste my time again.

I bought a gap policy, I was told by Drew to call him anytime and let him know if I wanted to cancel and he would take care of it. I email him on 2/19/16, and emailing him after 24 hours everyday, he decides to respond to me on the 24tgh, meanwhile no one else in the office gives a crap either because they ignore me also. He tells me on the 24th, that it will take 6-8 weeks for me to get a reiumbursement, which is fine, I check in with Drew around the 5-6 week mark for a follow up tells me the same thing. I email him on the 8 week mark, and of course Ifet no response. When it comes time for Audi take people's money they have no problem upselling and overcharging. But when it comes time to request a refund, it all of a sudden becomes a burden. I have emailed all managers in the office and not a single one has responded back to me. This is unacceptable and by far the worst service from dealership I have gotten.

Horrendous, not sure if people in the comments are referring to the same place because no way this place deserves 4 stars. Nice and kind but it seemed that both times I went the sales person had no idea about the car, even though I made an appointment for a specific one. Definitely disappointed as both times I came ready to buy but the staff and service wasn't convincing!

My wife and I recently went to Hoffman Audi to purchase a Q5. Our sales consultant, Dani Sayegh, was terrific. He was very knowledgable and took care of us from the initial handshake to the final delivery of the vehicle. Dani and his team made our car buying experience a pleasure. Rocky provided excellent service. I am very happy with the work that was done and the speed in which it was completed. I had a check engine light come on. They were able to fit me in the next day and isolate the problem quickly.

Service on Audi was very good. Alex, my service rep, handled the service very well. The lack of 5th star is not having the body shop look at a dent in car even though I confirmed a couple times it would be done.

Bottom Line: Best car buying/leasing experience I've ever had. I came to Hoffman after shopping around for an Audi A6 at several dealerships. I had some interesting experiences at other dealers, but that's for another post.

Brandon was my sales consultant and to say he was fantastic doesn't do it justice. He was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and overall great to work with. His style is one that isn't at all push or overly aggressive.......he gave me everything I needed and nothing I didn't. Our test drive was perfect and started with Brandon driving and explaining/showing me some of the cars features. Any question I had, he knew the answer without hesitation (I even looked a few things up afterword and everything he told me was correct down to the last detail). When it was time for me to drive, he showed me some of the more exciting features of the car and had my drive in a neighborhood setting followed by a highway setting. Now.......I'm usually pretty apprehensive when I test drive a car since after all it isn't mine. When we came up to the highway entrance, Brandon suggesting popping the car into sport mode. He even gave me a heads up that I should let the car that got on in front of me get a little further ahead then normal. I took his advice and punched the gas and all I could do was laugh. Here is the best part though.......when on the highway I was driving at normal speeds during moderate traffic. He looked at me and said "you're never going to know if you like the car if you don't drive it like you would in the real world". There was a car in front of me and just enough room to pass the car on my left, switch lanes, pass the car on the right, and move back over. It took some serious gas and not something I would normally do on a test drive, but again Brandon encouraged me to "drive the car". I can honestly say it was the best road test in my 20 years of buying cars.

When it came to negotiations, again it was made easy. No trying to sell me on something I didn't want, and no trying to push me to walk out with a car that day. Just an easy process of figuring out what we needed to do to make it work. We went through inventory, options, etc with Brandon making suggestions (all of which I went with and glad I did).

One last thing, Dani the sales manager was very involved the entire time as well. Talk about a great guy. No non-sense, no BS, and no false promises. Just upfront and honest. I had received some extremely aggressive numbers on both the price of the car itself as well as my trade. I asked Dani for his best numbers, and he made it work. I know for a fact it wasn't easy but he sure made it seem easy. Him and the entire team put their collective heads together to figure out a way to get a deal done. Well done and kudos to the whole team.

So......all that said I can't say enough good things about my experience with Hoffman Audi. I can't speak to every employee there, but everyone I've dealt with has been fantastic. My wife even bought a car from the last year and Adrian, who had helped her, remembered my face and was nice enough to say hello and congratulate me on my new car. Another guy that is a class act. If you are looking for an Audi, do yourself a favor and talk to Brandon and Dani. They will make your experience fantastic and you can be sure you're getting the best possible deal.

Customer Service was good. Supplied me with a drive home and the car was washed and vac when I picked up. The car has performed well so far. So all was well done except for the price. If they could manage that better then 5 star.

Friendly and courteous shuttle driver. Washed my car after airbag change. My replacement key was ready in April but no one called me after paying$200 I received it in September

Excellent customer service. got in, waited 45 minutes and they told me what needed to be repaired. Since a part was needed, they offered a loaner until the next day. Everything was handled professionally and with great care. Thank you

Very efficient generally, though I thought the recalled airbag would be installed as I was mailed a notice that it was ready. The car received the required maintainenance but I still need the air bag. Athena, my service provider was terrific.

I want to highly commend my service advisor Athena Lindquist for her professionalism, knowledge, care, and great customer service. After purchasing my first Audi, I was very unsure about how any of the warranty/care products with the brand work. Athena went WAY beyond the call off duty to ensure I was properly informed and additionally took extra care in dealing with me and my car. I cannot say enough good things about her, and in doing so it reflects very well on Hoffman Audi.
Additionally, service tech Vasilios Psanis worked on my car and was superb. He is a consummate professional and my Audi TTRS was in excellent hands with him.
Between Athena and Vasilios, I could not have been better taken care of and anyone that is cared for at Hoffman Audi by either of them, or both, would be fortunate.

Purchased a new vehicle and I have been chasing them for months on items they owe me. Tried phone calls, emails, text messages and nothing but lip service. They will promise you everything to sell a vehicle but not deliver in full. Do not purchase from them.

I just picked up my new Q7 yesterday. It's an amazing car, but my experience at Hoffman was fantastic. I placed a factory order customized to my exact specifications, and they gave me a fair price on a car that's in very high demand. Mark was a pleasure to work with, and was patient and helpful as we made sure this was the right car for our family. I had serviced at Hoffman before and was very pleased, and now my buying experience was great as well. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

She is an amazing asset to the department. The department has made many changes over the last year. The customer waiting lounge is superb, They even offer breakfast!!! I live in Mass and it is always worth the drive.

He called me daily to tell me the status of my electric assessment of my car and the progress made to date. He was an excellent communicator, caring and concise.

I traded in my 2015 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque for an Audi A4 Premium 2.0 Quattro. Before making the ultimate decision on my sleek new ride, I had a 2 Audi Certified Pre-Owned A4's in mind. I spoke with my salesman, Dani Sayegh, who showed me the vehicles and also gave me the opportunity to test drive the vehicle. Ultimately, Dani Sayegh and the Hoffman Audi team were able to find a vehicle fit for my needs and budget. I was impressed by the atmosphere of the dealership as well. The dealership was clean and every employee made me feel welcome. This is one of the dealerships that I would not mind spending the time in the lobby while my vehicle gets serviced even with a loaner car offer. Thanks to Dani Sayegh and the Hoffman Audi team for a job well done and my new 2016 Audi A4.

I have been purchasing Audi's for nearly 10 years, and my family for 20+ years. We have never visited Hoffman Audi until this week. WOW were we missing out! Our immediate impression just over the phone was impressive, so much so that we drove the 45 minutes to Hartford immediately. There, we were greeted by an extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and WILLING TO NEGOTIATE salesman, James. He actually made buying a car, fun! (which honestly, it never really is anymore...) Our Brand Specialist, Stacey, was the cherry on top! She helped us finalize payments and paperwork in an extremely timely manner. She was also able to answer all of my questions and provide us with an extraordinarily smooth transaction. Even the final paperwork in the finance department was seamless. I would recommend Hoffman Audi over any dealership in CT, and Stacey's stellar attitude really made the car buying process fun for me again.

My parents were looking to purchase a new car and were having a hard time deciding between A4 Quatrro vs. Volvo S60 AWD. They visited Hoffman Audi last weekend and fell in love with the car and the customer service. They asked for my opinion and wanted me to be present when they pick either one. Today, I visited to check out the A4 that my parents fell in love with. My mother, along with my sister were going to meet me bringing the check book along. Adrian, their sales consultant went above and beyond to answer every question and even decided to come join us on his day off. Prior to visiting him, we made sure our intentions were clear. Both A4 and S60 are amazing cars with similar price range. Since both had pros and cons, we knew we had to compromise one way or the other so we decided that cost is going to be the decision maker.

While we were in middle of negotiations trying to finalise a deal. Adrian was going back and forth between his desk and the managers office behind him. We gave him our last offer which wasn't too far off and was also the price I was quoted for Volvo. Mr. "Manager" comes out of his office with his first words exactly being "Why would you call my guy on his day off if you didn't want to purchase A4" Before I got the chance to explain, I was cutoff with "I am not talking to you, I am talking to your mother." Results included getting up and walking away.

A) You don't talk to any potential customer with rude attitude. Even if you didn't mean it, Apologise right away.
B) Adrian chose to come to work on his day off to finalise the sale, we just called him to give him heads up that I was heading down. It wouldn't have mattered to us if someone else benefited from the sale.
C) YOU DON'T BELITTLE ANYONE WHO IS WILLING TO SPEND MONEY IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. Doesn't matter if the guy is going to purchase an A3 or and R8. EVEN IF YOU JUDGE CUSTOMERS YOU CERTAINLY DON'T MAKE THEM FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE OR UNWANTED.

I apologise, I didn't get a chance to appreciate all the time and effort you put into us. We came in with the right intentions to buy the car from you, it's your manager that cost you this commission. His fantastic people skills made the decision for us to purchase S60 down the road, not the price.

I went to this dealer to order a car. Dylan Bigge was very helpful. To my luck he found that the exact car I wanted was coming into the port. He called me every day and updated me on the status of the car. The car came in exactly when he said it would. Dylan sent me all the paperwork via email. When I arrived at the dealer the car was there as promised ready to go and it was the one I wanted with all the options I had asked for and without the options I didn't want. No tricks or games. I was in and out of finance quickly and Dylan took the time in the rain to help me set up all the high tech apps, google earth, bluetooth and car play. He showed me how to use everything on the car. I just took delivery of my new 2008 A6 yesterday and I have to say it was an excellent experience. Paul McAbee is an excellent salesman who will do anything it takes to get the deal done. Extremely accommodating, even on his day off. Sales and finance management were also a pleasure to work with and were very helpful with getting the deal done and providing a haggle free, mutually beneficial deal. I just wish the finance department would follow the lead as well... Very unorganized and they make you wait forever. Also, they shouldn t pressure to take a loan if a client prefers to pay cash.

Stacey was wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to explain the features in my used vehicle, and answered every question that I had without hesitation. She was easy to talk to, pleasant, and helpful. She even followed up a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. Tony also took the time to explain questions we had regarding the trade of our vehicle, made sure that we understood the process, and was overall a great guy to work with. Customer service was top notch!

Athena is a rock star service advisor. She goes the extra mile and then then some. Super communication skills and the ability to resolve any issue or concern. She really should be the benchmark for a service professional.

Alex took the time to answer my questions about a service item I need to wait on, and provided me a detailed accounting of what they did and the cost. Car is humming again and I am a happy customer. You get what you pay for, their customer service was superb and their Audi techs really know their stuff. In the long run you will save money going to the professionals, these guys were worth the money :)

Hello all, I called Hoffman Audi of East Hartford to schedule an appointment for service of an Audi A6 that I sold. When I called, no one answered so I left a message stating my full name, business, phone number and my need for service. I understand they are very busy. No problem. About an hour later I get a call from a gentleman named Steve. When I answer the phone (remember, this is a business so I get multiple calls a day) Steve responds by saying: " yeah somebody named Joe called me?" Naturally I have no idea who Joe is so I ask: " There is no Joe here where are you calling from?" Steve: " Yeah this is Steve someone left a note for me saying to call Joe. Something about an '03 A6?" Me: " I am sorry there is no Joe here but the A6 is sold anyway." Steve: " OK, have a nice day." It then occurred to me to call the number back. Once I did I was greeted with the Hoffman greeting. Once transferred, Steve answered. I then told him it would have been more appropriate to identify himself as an employee of Hoffman when he heard that I did not understand who he was calling for. Steve just shrugged it off and said "OK man, Thanks", then hung up. I am really disappointed in that interaction, especially coming from Hoffman. But I guess it is considered normal to carry yourself that way today. I am sure nothing will come out of this post, but I had to vent. Ah, the good old days of customer service and retention. What happened?

Mark was awesome. Both my wife and I were very pleased with his no push attitude, and when it came to going over the car at pick up he was so thorough. I will definately recommend Hoffman and Mark to my friends and family. Brian was great to work with at the finance side of the deal. He was prepared and went over all our options in a very timely manner. Over all the purchase of this vehicle was a great experiance.

When my husband and I entered the Audi showroom we were politely greeted by Steve Steller. He was thorough and knowledgeable about the Q5 and invited us to ask as many questions as needed on our test drive. This was our first time driving an Audi and explained to him that we were going to compare with other cars. He understood and explained that he won't annoy us with continuous pushy phone calls but were welcome to come back as much as needed. We returned a second time after narrowing down our decisions between two vehicles. When we returned to the dealership, Steve was busy with another customer and didn't want us to have to wait for an extended time and that also he needed to leave early so he asked another salesperson, Ron, to assist us. Ron was personable and also very helpful. Thank you Steve and Ron for not making a car purchase a difficult and negative experience. Women purchasing a car will feel respected at this dealership.

Though I have only had a couple of experiences with Hoffman since I bought this used Audi A5, so far they have been very helpful and courteous!

Very attentive and quick to respond! Switched from a terrible dealer in MA to Hoffman in CT. Explained what I was looking for to Pete who was more than attentive and found my car in no time! Ended up working with my sales guy Ron P. Who was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. My experience was great and I highly recommend this dealership!

Customer service is poor. Requested document proof selling my car and no one answer any questions and ignored my email and phone calls.

I have been looking for a new car for a few months now and everyone told me to get an Audi. So I went to the Fairfield, CT dealer and liked the Q7 but was not impressed with the staff at all. I decided to take a trip to Hoffman Audi in Hartford where I was greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Stacey. She showed me the car and was super enthusiastic. Very eager and was not afraid to say her true opinion. Long story short, we found the car on a boat heading into port and IN TWO DAYS, it got from port to the dealer where I picked it up the next day. I joked around with her about how she would put a big red bow on top of the car....she actually put one on it when I went to pick it up in the showroom!! 10,000 miles and 4 months later, it is my favorite car hands down and Stacey has contacted me a few times to make sure I am satisfied. This was my 12th car within 5 years and she was the nicest and easiest person to work with. She deserves a big bonus for going out of her way to make me happy!!

My wife and I had an great experience with Hoffman Audi. We never felt pressured nor rushed. Peter Helou is an excellent sales associate. In addition, Zach Hoffman made himself available to answer our questions.

Wow, all I can say is WOW. Brought our future students that will be taking our Automotive Program here at Lincoln Tech East Windsor Campus for a tour. I wish I was 18 again and wondering what to do after graduation. So much upward mobility for employees, beautifully maintained buildings and lots. Every employee was happy and professional and the place (all buildings ) were super busy. Wish I could give more STARS.

Purchased my first vehicle a few months ago and Alfonso helped me out and made sure everything went smoothly. Went in and told him exactly what I was looking for, and within a couple of days he called me letting me know they got a car in exactly what I was looking for.
