This summer I had the unfortunate experience of the water pump failing on my 2013 Allroad. After being towed to Hoffman's later in the afternoon, Jason greeted me and took all the information to repair the car. During our discussions I lamented to him that my family was leaving on vacation to the Jersey shore the next day. I want to thank Jason and the Hoffman team in returning my car the next day! That is great service!
