worst experience ever, , we inquire for an audi q7 2007 and they call us back, we went to see the car on the same day, (wednesday), we did all the paper work, we ask them to fix some scratches, and bumper which was damaged,...we spoke with Stacey Violete. Before we left she said she will cal us back on Friday to let us know if we were approved by the bank or not. Friday came and go with no call from her, i call them back on that afternoon, leave messages to call me back, (but nothing) i call them again on Saturday with no answer .Monday at noon i called again this time at 1 877..number...somebody put me truth the dealer direct number, somebody put me on hold when i asked to talk with Stacey, i wait for minutes, but instead to answer back to me they hang off the phone. Anyway to make the long story short i finally get in touch with the sales manager.He told me i was not approved by any bank, and when i asked him way was that hard to call me to let me know..his answer was....well i really dont like to tell people they are not approved////really...this is your job mister...to call beack with an answer....lmao.....worst experience.....i will never go back to them.....

Without a doubt, Brandon, has been the best sales person I have dealt with in many years. Brandon has the integrity I am looking for in a sales person and it was worth my while. I had been hearing about a lot of negative experiences people have had with Hoffman Audi service--I had disagreed with them until now. I bought my car new there 3 years ago and was very pleased with every maintenance service I went in for, but when it's an actual repair that needs to be done, it's a different story. Mechanics claimed to have looked at everything and I was told I was mistaken or had put things in the wrong setting when the repairs needed were visibly obvious to any layperson. In the end, the foreman did the repairs (if it were just the foreman I had dealt with, I would be very satisfied with the service) but it was an unpleasant and stressful visit for me. This experience makes me very suspicious of what is actually being serviced in the Audi Care maintenance packages I purchased. And don't get me started on their phone system...

Walking into Hoffman Audi dealership and working with our sales rep, Brandon Chin, was unlike any other car buying experience. The entire experience felt more like planning a spa day, than planning to spend x dollars for the next 60 months.
There was NOT a single time my wife and I experienced the banal platitudes of some dealership antics; going for test drives on the highest traffic back roads, ignoring the highway onramps for fear of running out of gas; we weren t passed around to different managers when there was hesitation, and the sales process was less a pressure cooker, and more a marinade making us feel even better about our purchase after considering it for a some days.
If you are familiar with, the TV show House Hunters, and remember that the beginning of every episode starts with the real estate agent asking the would-be buyers about every wish list item, only to turn around to the camera "There are going to be many compromises" our experience with Brandon and the team was quite the opposite. We were treated with respect, never felt uncomfortable, and got everything we wanted both with the car, and the car buying event.
