I ve purchased cars from the Hoffman s locations in East Hartford Connecticut for over 10 years. The best experience I ve had was with Ron Palladino at Hoffman Audi. Ron is the best! He is very knowledgeable about his product and will help you make the correct choice in leasing or purchasing. Go see Ron!

If you have a warranty through this dealer then this review may not be for you. I brought in a used vehicle that was not purchased through Hoffman Audi.

My serviceman was Alex. To say that I was satisfied with his service would be an outright lie. He never would take my call or call to give me an update. Even when I went in person to get an update on my vehicle or to update him on the parts I was getting (Because he wouldn't take my phone calls) he seemed uninterested in me as a customer.

The work that the mechanics did was fantastic. The people that work behind the scenes are amazing individuals and they did their work up to what I expected.

My 2004 A8L was dropped off for a suspension issue with the compressor and one of the shocks. The front passenger bag was broken and the vehicle was lowered to the point the underside was resting on the pavement. I decided to get my own parts and bring them in to have them installed professionally. While I was waiting for the parts, the car sat on the lot.

When I came to pick up the vehicle after all the labor was done with my parts, the exhaust was broken and there was a missing hub cap.
While they did order me a new hub cap, they refused to compensate me for the exhaust leak. It was a $200 fix at a local Monaco, but Alex never even considered compensating me for them breaking my exhaust. I told him that I did not drop it off with the problem, and he blamed the vehicle being lowered and scrapping the pavement (Even though the bag would fill over 5-10 minutes and be at regular ride height) as the reason the exhaust was broken.

About a week later I received a "Check Suspension/Tow Mode" light on the dash. I went back in and simply asked if they could check the light and see if it was a safety concern driving the vehicle. Alex told me I would have to schedule and appointment and pay the fee they charge ($130 or so) to take the car. I walked out and asked a mechanic in the back if he had a spare moment to check the light. A mechanic told me the solenoid was not talking to the computer, but the suspension should be okay to drive on.

I would not say that I am disappointed in Hoffman Audi as a whole, but more in specific things that made it a less than desirable experience. In a world where the quality of the actual repairs does not differ much from dealer to dealer; it is important to take note of the little things dealers do to make the repair process easier. Its safe to say that, although it is located closer to home, I will be looking elsewhere in the future for any repairs than Hoffman Audi of East Hartford.

Perfection. I had my 2017 Audi s3 serviced there and it was nothing but amazing service and they truly care about their customers and their vehicles! Seany and Rocky were so nice and very helpful and made me feel worry free about dropping my car off to get fixed. I never trust my car with anyone but I 100% trust them and how much they took care of it! Everything was a simple and easy process and I definitely will be back for all my future needs! Love these guys and would recommend seany to work on anybody s cars

As a 19 year old kid my mom and I wondered into Hoffman Audi. Just checking things out and getting some pricing being that I was going to need a new car at some point. We checked out the lot and found an a4 with a 6spd manual. This is when we made our way inside to maybe take a look at the car we spotted in the lot. As we walked in we were pleasantly greeted and was told that a sales person will be right with us. This when we meet Miguel Torres for the first time. And a great first impression we had. Miguel was nice, respectful. And was there for us and ready to help us find what was going to be perfect for us. Thatday we test drove the a4 and immediately feel in love with the car. Unfortunately our finances at the time made it unable for us to leave with the car that day. Miguel and I kept in touch almost every week talking about the car and seeing what he could do to help us take the car home. He knew the car was right for me and wanted me to take home. Not once did I ever feel rushed out pushed to purchase the car. Everything Miguel did was in the best interest of his soon to be customer. As we kept in touch the price of the car started falling and Miguel was talking with everyone he could to get me the best deal possible. Eventually I was able to put a security deposit on the car and make it mine. Even though I was not able to buy the car right away. I came in a few days after putting my security deposit down to purchase the car and bring it home. Miguel was again pleasant and a great person to buy a car from. He was always willing to go the extra mile and make sure all my needs and wants were met to make my experience at Hoffman the best possible. I ve had my car for two days now. And even in that short period of time Miguel has contacted me and made sure that I was enjoying my new ride and if there was anting else he could do for me. Never once was my age or financial situation seen as a problem or a difficult circumstance. Miguel was always respectful and pleasant and never once said or did something to put a bad taste in my mouth. If anyone asked me for car buying advise I was 100% recommended Hoffman Audi and to have Miguel Torres assist them in finding a new ride.

Just picked up a 2017 Q7. I could not be happier w/ the car and the comments from family and friends are "off the charts"...GREAT VEHICLE. From the time I started the process about a month ago my sales rep Brandon Chin could not have been more attentive to me and the details of the process. I was not ready to buy on my first visit but told him I would be about 30 days later. He called me 30 days out to confirm the appointment. We met at the dealership and he reviewed the vehicle options I was interested in both new & used as well as A6 vs Q7. Once we settled on the vehicle and options we engaged Dani to finalize the sale. Dani was both attentive and responsive. We agreed on the deal and scheduled pick up for 2 weeks out pending financing. Drew worked on the financing for me and provided the flexibility I needed to confirm the deal. My experience w/ Brandon and the Hoffman team was exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy this great product.

We worked with Ron on our lease. From the start, he made the experience pleasant, easy, and fun - and quick. He was quick to respond to questions over email and went out of his way to make sure we took advantage of any deals that were available to us. When we wanted to add a back-up camera and sensors, he made sure the car was ready as soon as possible for us. We drove 2 hours to this particular dealership, and won't hesitate to go back when our lease is up. I would recommend anyone to this dealership and to Ron especially!

My buying experience with Adrian was superb. He is laid back, knowledgeable and fair. I have never had an easier buying/ leasing experience and I have leased several high end cars before. The delivery process could have been smoother though as I had to wait for financial forms to be printed that honestly should have been prepared beforehand. That being said, I though customer service was quite good here. I would highly recommend and would buy from them again without reservations.

Me & my wife very happy to lease new 2018 Audi A4 here in Hoffman. Specially the salesperson Veronica was very helpful and took care of all the leasing process/formalities and provided regular followup/updates.

Only thing that I would like Hoffman team to improve is present the better & honest price quote to customer at first meeting itself.
Before finalizing to lease vehicle from Hoffman, I checked leasing quotes at different Audi dealerships and found there was considerable difference in price. But I appreciate that Hoffman team later considered my findings and gave better deal by price match.

Thank you Hoffman team, thank you Veronica. We are happy to be part of Audi family and hope to receive same nice & honest service in the future.

Although my experience wasnt good initially, the call with Tony really changed my mind about Hoffman Audi. He was extremely concerned, and his sincerity was that of someone who truly cared. I appreciate the attention and responsiveness of Dylan Bigge. It was great service. Over two visits I made to Hoffman shortly after my purchase of a new Q7, he spent 3 hours with me in the car showing me how all its technical features work and making sure I was comfortable using features like the safety assist and cruise control on a real highway.

Mike of Hoffman Service Department laughed in disrespectful condescending manner about my the condition of my car and he thought enough to display his " quote" personal opinion about my car and was not at all helpful! Totally disrespected as a consumer and patron of Hoffman Audi Service! I plan to contact the local news service with regards to my treatment there!

Went to the dealership with only three hours to get a new car. Met
Ron Palladino when we went into the sales floor. Total him exactly what we wanted and our timeframe. He did it all! Was fantastic! Can not say enough about the great service we were given. Our new car was ready and we were out the door in less three hours. Thank you Ron and Hoffman Audi again! This is our second Audi from them and sure there will be a third.

My experience with Adrian Hester (sales) and Jeff (finance) was excellent; both where extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with my new purchased car the Audi S5. They were very helpful in giving me the best price and in explaining every feature and/or aspect of the car and of my warranty options on this beautiful car. I highly recommend visiting them when searching for your next vehicle because they will give you the best service and best car that is within your budget.

The staff at Hoffman Audi East Hartford are amazing. The level of customer service is far above par. The service technician was amiable and helpful, the work was done quickly, and the service underwriter kept me informed at every step of the process. It s rare that I rate anything five stars, but the team at Hoffman Audi was exceptional. This wasn t a simple oil change or checkup - they dropped a new engine into my car. Upon arriving at the dealership, I am THEN told that the parts are in fact NOT in. Complete waste of time. They will spin it that it's not their fault but a simple phone call would have done the job.

Drove up and I was completely ignored. They are supposed to open garage bay to let you in but they just left another car sitting there. When I walk in no one makes eye contact. They have these great Audi jackets but to try to get someone to help me is difficult

It seems whenever I am there everyone is young and new. It s is an indicator this is not a good place to work long term

I know dealers are more expensive. Their prices are really outrageous. I just can t judtify going back there again

A response from Hoffman asked that I call to discuss my experience. I did. I called and left a message and still have not received a return call. I'm not surprised as this mirrors the poor service I received during my service visit. All I got from that visit was continued issues with my vehicle and wasted time. Please do not leave a comment grandstanding in public as if you are concerned with my poor experience at your facility when you do not deem it important enough to actually follow through with action. This rating has now dropped from two stars to one.

I just purchased my Audi A3 sedan and was very pleased with the entire sales process. My sales Mark Natter took the time to first understand my needs including deciding between the A3 and A4. I had mentioned I wanted to buy a demo or loaner car to keep the price low. Mark took me out on test drives of both the A3 and A4. Rather than push me into buying an A4 which would have cost more, he suggested I consider the A3 which cost less but still gave me the benefits of driving an Audi. He also helped me negotiate a higher price for my trade-in which made this purchase affordable.

In addition to Mark, I also wanted to commend Jackie Smith for the time she took to complete the sales process. She also explained the optional programs available and the benefits of each. I already have purchased the "Audi Care Scheduled Maintenance" program and am considering the "Complete Titanium" program.

Overall, I am very pleased with the East Hartford dealership and will recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing an Audi.

by far they are thebest overall dealershiprto work with i have bought many cars from themand advised many friends and family to buy cars to which they have. from sales tim michaels sales manger ,sarah in sales can not do enough toplease a customer. in the service dept. they do a great job. want do it right robert hlasyszln is by far the best i haver meet with the great treatment he gives to every one. i have owned many high level cars mb, bmw,lexus, etc but no one comes close as the above people do.many thanks to all of the above keep up the good work .
I would like to mention that Robert hlasysyzyn is by far a great person to work with in the service department, he can not do enough to please the customer , he explains everythingto you and makes sure it all gets done right down to cieaning your car and being sure it ready when you need it back. he a great employefor audi.

But was told to purchase Audi care which I never said I wanted it. Feel kindve taking advantage of because I m kid. Then was told it s to late to get my money back for the 65k service in the future. If I m paying top dollar for a luxury vehicle I expect my service to be nothing but great, and in my experience it has not been too good. I love audi but if they want me to continue buying cars from them the service needs to get better, switching to Mercedes isn t hard.

The only reason I got my new car from Hoffman Audi East Hartford was Ron Pallidino... he was honest, straight forward and extremely helpful throughout the whole process... he knows the art of public dealing... I will strongly recommend getting a car from Hoffman Audi if you are looking for an Audi... they gave me a newer model with extra features as compared to other dealerships in the area at the same price..... don't forget to ask for Ron to help you out!

I like to write a quick note of appreciation for both Pete H. and Ashley E. of Hoffman Audi.

Ashley had been extremely responsive and patient with my inquiries over a period of roughly 6 months as I explored different auto options with the Hoffman group.

Pete is the man that makes the magic happens. We only connected twice in person, but Pete had also been very responsive and prompt with all my questions. He not only took the time to show me the various Audi's on the lot but also did his best to ensure that I got the exact car that I wanted and will be happy with. Finally, Pete was able to get me the price I wanted and comfortable with.

Both Pete and Ashley had been GREAT, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I will not hesitate to come back for another purchase, or upgrade when the time comes.

I was blown away by the excellent service I received at Hoffman. My car needed service due to a recall on an after running coolant pump. When I last visited the Audi dealership closest to my home in Springfield, they had told me the after running coolant pump needed to be replaced and it would be around $800. I refused to get the service done since I couldn t believe the car needed an elaborate service with only 65K on it. I then received a notice in the mail from Audi USA, stating the after running coolant pump was being recalled and to bring it in for service as soon as possible if the EPC light was on. I also was having some steering issues at the time. I called the dealership closest to me again, explained the notice I received and they said they wanted me to take it in again for them to check to see if that part really needed to be replaced. I had it! I called Hoffman and explained the situation to them. They agreed to look at my car, determined it needed to have the part replaced and they provided me with a loaner while it was being serviced. The service staff was so friendly and helpful, even some of the sales people were nice. If I buy another Audi, I will definitely be getting it from Hoffman. I highly recommend them and can t thank them enough for resolving the issue my car was having due to a recall. Thanks guys!

Had a phenomenal experience upgrading from my 2016 to 2019 A5. The staff was well prepared for my visit, quickly ran me through the information gathering process and got me quickly to delivery without any hassle. Special kudos to Alfonso who paid attention to details even I didn't think of. I was amazed that he and the team somehow figured out how to get through the car lease process without surprises, delays or hassle. Couldn't be happier.

We had the best experience with Brandon Chin at Hoffman Audi. Not only was he charming, genuine, and attentive without being the slightest bit pushy, he was also incredibly knowledgeable about the new Audi Q7. Brandon worked tirelessly to try to help us locate the car we wanted. Unfortunately, given the demand for this awesome model, we were unable to locate one that met our specifications in the U.S. Thus, Brandon helped us navigate through the whole new car ordering and building process. Fast forward to us receiving our Q7, the paperwork was completed without any issues, and we now own an incredible vehicle! Thanks, Brandon and Hoffman Audi!

We have had horrible experiences with Hoffman grou...

We have had horrible experiences with Hoffman group auto service, especially with respect to properly diagnosing problems. This most recent visit - our Audi A4 was making noise and vibrating. They charged us an hour diagnostics fee ($145!) to say we needed new front bearings and hubs on both sides (~$2200). Brought it elsewhere for a second opinion.
Ends up that it was a broken engine mount. The bearings checked out fine. After paying half the price, car is working good as new.
Called service manager and he has yet to call me back (shocked).
Previously, they have diagnosed another vehicle as needing a serpentine belt and battery, when both had been replaced within the previous 2 months. Independent shop confirmed both were fine.
Do not trust their diagnosing skills. Always get a second opinion.
Their phone service leaves much to be desired also. Getting through to a service representative is hit or miss, and disconnections are the norm. Their voicemail messages always have a status for that date (in the office, etc.) but the date stated is always in the past. Why even reference the current date if you are not going to keep it current?

I have been bringing my 2012 Audi Q5 to Hoffman service for the past 6 years now, I always leave happy. The treatment from staff has been great and attentive. In my last visit, I had a leaking seal witch over time was letting rain water into the vehicle, damaging some electrical wiring and components. It was bad, my insurance said it very well might be a total loss.
Thankfully, Hoffman s Superior technicians were successful and fixed everything good as new!
I wanted to especially Thank service advisor Bobby King, who went out of his way to make the whole experience
smooth. Bobby did a great job keeping me updated, provided me with a brand new Audi Q5 until mine was repaired and saved me a ton of money.

Had to give this one star to be able
to post about my experience and it s for the espresso machine in the waiting area. Here is why I will never be purchasing from Hoffman Audi in East Hartford ever again:

Rocky Subramani is the most rude and unprofessional sales advisor I have ever encountered. He laughed and belittled my knowledge, disrespected the auto body shop that has been owned and operated longer than he s been on this earth. Rocky also deliberately didn t have my car cleaned after a recall was done on my vehicle, which, to my understanding, is protocol for every recall, it had been done for the first recall
three months prior. He told me that I would be paying upwards of $500.00 for a sensor to be replaced in my
Vehicle, when it was done for under $200.00 at the auto body that he spoke ill of.

I didn t get a $150.00 diagnostic done because I already had that done at my auto body, Rocky threw the finished paperwork from the recall in my direction and didn t go over what was done because that s what a diagnostic is for . I was also promised a loaner for the recall when I made my appointment, but when I went in I was told We are booked for two weeks and I don t know why anyone would promise you that. So I patiently sat in the waiting room for 2+ hours at 7:30AM.

In conclusion, if you have the option of choosing a trusted auto body or Hoffman Audi...go to your auto body & save yourself the disrespectful encounter with Rocky.

I was happy the first time I brought my 2005 Audi ...

I was happy the first time I brought my 2005 Audi A4 for service to Hoffman Audi. I was treated very well and it felt like the staff went out of their way for me.
The second time, we learned that my car could not be fixed for less than it was worth. As soon as the staff realized I was going to buy a car from Hoffman Toyota and not Hoffman Audi, I became persona non grata. Despite repeated calls to arrange to clean out my car and have it donated, no one returned my calls. I sought to donate the car and the company I was donating to said the people at Hoffman Audi told them it would not be released until I paid for the diagnostic charge. I was more than happy to pay the bill if someone would merely return my phone calls.
I called Alex, the service person I deal with again, and said I was happy to pay the diagnostic fee. It was then that (I did not get a call) I finally received an invoice via text and email. When I finally had transportation to go to Hoffman Audi, I went there to pay the invoice and everyone was "what do you mean no one returned your phone calls?"
Well, I paid my bill and was told everything would be done to release the car to the donation organization.
Today, the donation organization called me to say that NO ONE FROM HOFFMAN AUDI WOULD RETURN THEIR CALLS!!!!!! Go figure. I guess if they don't think they can get any money from you, THEY DON'T CARE! Thanks for NOTHING!!!!! If I ever do buy or service another Audi, it sure as hell won't be from Hoffman, DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!!!!!

My family has owned Audi's ever since I was little, however this was the first time I purchased one on my own. I worked with Andrew and needless to say my first car buying experience went really well...He made everything seem so effortless, even though I know it wasn't at all. Andrew tracked down the exact car I was looking for and was able to transport it from your other location in New London very quickly. A great first time experience; ask for Peter H. I was new to Hoffman Audi but had some experience with the Hoffman auto family. I've always held them in high regard and this round of buying a certified car proved their reputation as concerned about their customers and being very accommodating. I feel like received good value and great attention during this process, especially from Peter Helou. If you're in the market for an Audi, make sure you ask for him. He hooked me up and even took the time to walk me through features of my new Audi that I needed help with.

I have been a happy customer of Hoffman Audi since 2010. Steve Steller is the sales associate I have dealt with. Over the last seven years, we have purchased four new Audi's from Hoffman. I just took delivery of a custom ordered 2018 A6. Steve is great to deal with. He know the product, is informative, responsive, and not pushy. He kept me up to date with the status of the A6 I ordered including when it went into production and when it arrived at the U.S. Port of Entry. When I took delivery, he took the time to review the car's operating features and followed up with a couple of days later to be sure I did not have any questions. Steve is a true professional in auto sales.

I came in for a service visit for a few small issues I was having. While I was waiting to talk to the service tech my salesman Steve Stellar came over to say hello and went and got someone to help me. It has been over a year since I bought my Q3 but Steve always makes a point to say hello and make sure I am taken care of. The rest of my visit I worked with Athena who is always cheerful and has great energy. She was very good with me on the phone when I made the appointment and very nice and helpful throughout the visit. She really makes coming in for service a pleasure.

Scheduled an appt to replace some damaged tires. My service rep (Rocky) was very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. I was seen at my scheduled appointment time with no wait and my car was ready on time as well.

My wife recently brought her car in for some service work and we were also very pleased with their staff.

Last week I brought my car in for a oil consumption test. Audi accommodated me by giving me a loaner while they ran the test. Yesterday morning on my way to work my car started shaking vigorously and the engine light started flashing. While driving I called Audi to speak to a service advisor. I clearly explained what was going on and Alex the advisor told me to stop the car and turn the engine off before the engine blows. I told Alex I was on a busy road and he stated once again, turn the engine off because it is not safe to drive and get it towed right away. I called my roadside service and they told me it will take 40 minutes for a tow truck to come. It took about two hours for them to come. So I was on the side of a busy road freezing my behind off because I couldn't turn the car on. So I get to Audi and the service guy brought me to speak to the advisor Jason. I asked Jason if it had anything to do with the consumption test and he told me there was no way. I asked him if there was a shuttle available to bring me back to work in Storrs and he stated the shuttle does not go that far. So then I asked if they had a loaner I can use and he said they didn't have any available. Jason said he will try to get it in right away to see what was going on. While waiting for my car I over heard Jason talking to the customer about their car and a loaner will be available for her in the meantime. Not too long ago Jason clearly stated that all the loaners were taken. I waited about an hour for my car. Jason came over and told me they did not tighten the seal after doing the consumption test and then apologize. So I ended up paying for a tow truck to bring my car from Storrs to East Hartford, lost 4 hours of work and almost risked my engine blowing up because they forgot to tighten the seal after they ran the test. If they forgot to do something so simple like tighten the seal, I wonder what else they will forget in the future.

Stacey would be our sales rep throughout the entire process. She did a great job from day one. She was knowledgeable, prompt, professional and overall very accommodating as we worked our way through the process, about five visits including a test drive.
