Was looking for new car staff didn't seem that bothered was not even asked if they could help
They where rude and took a long time to be severd when they where all sitting in the office laughing

What a waste of my time coming for a testdrive with you. Not only was the mobility guy busy with someone else for more than 20 minutes even though I had booked the testdrive. The so called reception was in the hotest part of the building but we had to talk to someone who admitted he knew nothing about mobility so couldn't help us. We got to test drive a car finally which had the low petrol warning flashing. When we got back, the mobility guy was talking to another customer. I wouldnt even give you 1 star. I will NEVER try mitsubishi again.
Have rung 3 times today to try and book a service(new cambelt and aircon fix). Keep being told someone will call me back but no response. Considering i'm expecting a bill of around 500-600 its a bit of a poor show. ***poor service***
We recently purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander from this showroom and are absolutely loving the car! The service provided was superb from the initial test drive to handover, all aspects of the purchase were explained perfectly and a big thank you to Telani May who was an absolute star in taking us through the whole experience as well as following up to ensure all was good after the sale!!
I came in today with my partner looking for a motability vehicle for myself and spoke to a wonderful sales assistant Adam ... He put us under no pressure to make any decisions and happily spent an hour and a half talking to us about various models, he knew we had other cars to see and didn't try and push a sale onto us ... We eventually came back and test drove the car and are very happy with the one I've picked. It was such a wonderful first car experience ... Many thanks
I have booked a test drive and when turned up they said that "the guy did not turn up to work" and were not willing to present any other vehicle. Really put me off the brand.
Avoid at all costs, took my car in for a warranty repair, which was approved by a staff member only to be told after the work had been done that in fact it was not covered by warranty and I would be charged. To top it all off the car was damaged once it was returned to me which the Sparshatts team denied doing! 3 staff confronted me in an aggressive manor until I left the showroom. Please stay well clear of this garage!
After no form of apology has been made I have now been threatened with legal raminifications if I continue to post on social media. Great way to deal to with customer complaints sparshatts!
Booked a test drive, for 2pm was passed from pillar to post we meet with four different salesmen in total, briefly the one we booked the appointment with, must have been an hour later before we got on the road with another salesman, can't say I'm impressed with this form of customer relationship management, totally unprofessional, would like the car we drove but looking around for other dealers
Took ages to be aknowleadged but once seen lady on parts desk was very helpful.
Spencer was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the deals available. Left it with them to provide details, would take around 5 mins and will email..... 5 hours later, still no figures
Really frustrated have waited over a month to get car booked in to link the mitsubishi app to my phone. Surely this should be really simple. Having spent all morning waiting they were clueless and then told I had to book it in again....!!
Has to be the worst customer service on parts i have ever had ,
constantly to busy to take your call and never ever return your call as promised ,

As a motobility customer I really didn't feel that I got the best service I have ever had, it felt more like we were an inconvenience. Got to take a car similar to the one we wanted on a test drive, bought one anyway as it was what we wanted. Will wait to see what the aftersales service is like......
