I wanted to take the time to write the following to express my appreciation for the professionalism and dedication to customer services displayed by Elliot Matos and Olivia Roy. I was having issues with the turbo of my Audi A4 and Elliot and Olivia took my car in immediately which is not common for most dealerships. They were extraordinary and went above and beyond anything expected. They dropped me off at work and picked me up to arrange my loaner until the car was fixed. They accommodated my schedule to ensure I made it to all my work and family commitments without any disruptions. It was an extremely pleasant experience which I have not had at other dealerships. I know I will be taking my car back for service to Hoffman Audi of East Hartford because of the fantastic service I received from Elliot and Olivia. I am also confident I will be purchasing my next car from them as well.
