Dennis of Harvey's Customer Service Department was quick to come up with a solution. His work gave me instant comfort knowing Harvey Building Products would take care of everything.

I am impressed with the internal system used to track customer's purchased goods and how they work with their distribution outlets to get replacement parts to their customers. A remarkable customer friendly system is in place. It is truly an asset for Harvey Building Products, and now me, a customer.

Harvey replacement windows are cheap, poorly made ...

Harvey replacement windows are cheap, poorly made GARBAGE. I had 5 double-hungs and 2 picture windows replaced with Harvey MaxView double-paned argon insulated windows from a local contractor last summer. Now that it's winter in New England, these windows all get frost and/or condensation on the INSIDE of the glass every cold night! The company responded to my complaints by claiming that frost on the interior of insulated windows is "normal" and to be expected! Are you kidding me?!? I will NEVER EVER use Harvey building products again, as they do NOT stand behind their flimsy, poorly made products. Stay away from this company and their products!!!

It was concerning an old that I never picked up or received. She immediately took care of the replacement and just a few minutes ago I received an acknowledgement for the order.

In my professional life, I hire people for my company. Rachel is exactly the kind of person whom I would love working for my company! Her customer service is well beyond the scope of personnel you find today in customer service.

You should be proud to say she works for Harvey.

Gene helped me with a part replacement under warranty. Gene was very patient with me as I tried to tell him the name of the part and what was wrong with it. It took several attempts on my part to fully convey the issue since I know nothing about window parts. Gene was able to pinpoint what was wrong and sent me everything needed to get the window functioning correctly. I am very happy with how Gene resolved my issue. It is such a relief to have the issue fixed.

I could not say enough about Harvey Products. I emailed them with issues with my windows which were installed in 2003. The wool weatherstrip was worn. Not only did they order new wool for me but they would not take payment. That says alot for a company as a whole

I recently purchased 6 Harvey patio doors. Installation went smoothly for the first 2 of the doors, but the problems my installer encountered with small defects affecting the operation of the 3rd door were disturbing. They necessitated getting a Harvey service tech appointment for today (June 11, 2018), as well as our postponing accepting the remaining 3 doors.

I found the area product support technician, Jeff Thompson, who came to address the problems to be excellent, restoring my confidence in Harvey as a patio door supplier. As a retired computer industry hiring manager, I instinctively study and evaluate any professional I am interacting with in his/her job in terms of would I like to hire this person? Would this person be an asset to any company?
Well, the answer is a big YES to both questions with respect to Jeff Thompson, the area tech for Harvey. He is an excellent employee. He works productively and carefully. He is very competent at his job, quick to identify the problem, spot other problems, and plan what is needed to address it/them. He learns from experience, shows respect for others, is conscientious, careful, thorough, a good communicator, and courteous and responsive to customers, and came on time. He offered some helpful technical tips to my installer, and answered my installer s questions. In addition, he elucitated the pros and cons of a couple installation issues to my satisfaction. Very important, I noticed he had a positive attitude toward his job and an enthusiastic attitude toward the Harvey Company.

Jeff needed to deinstall the moveable door to address the defects, as well as to address a couple little quirks. The door looks beautiful and is working beautifully now.

A recent interaction between Harvey Service Department and my installer left me wondering if I had made a mistake choosing Harvey. Jeff today, his skills and his positive explanation about what Harvey could do to fix any future patio door issues we might have in the future were reassuring and restored my confidence in my decision to choose the Harvey company and Harvey patio doors.

The technician, Norm, called and said he was on the way. He did arrive within the time window that was provided. Norm did an outstanding job in the fixing of the noted problems, and suggested ways for preventative measures to keep the windows working properly. He also showed me the way to take out the sliding window that I have been having difficulty with.
Well worth the the money spent on the service call.

Had a problem with one window, called local King of Prussia, Pa., they were awsome. They listened, and referred me to warranty dept. I called them feeling like they were genuinely concerned and much to my surprise problem solved. No runaround, excuses or passing the buck. Just awsome customer service and fabulous windows. Maria was wonderful. We had a broken window problem. The window replacement was destroyed by the delivery service, not once, but twice. Maria never hesitated to replace the window and she sent it in a packaged crate that the delivery service couldn't destroy. Kudos for a kind, understanding, polite, and wonderful employee. Please give Maria a LARGE pay increase, she deserves it!

I m very happy with the Harvey products in my home...

I m very happy with the Harvey products in my home. I replaced all 25 windows in my house 16 years ago & the quality & function are excellent. When renovating my kitchen 6 years ago I chose a Harvey slider door to lead to the patio. Just recently I noticed spotting and foggy areas of the glass which I couldn t clean. I called the Customer service # & they determined the thermoseal in glass had failed and arranged to replace the doors. The replacements were shipped directly to my home and today a rep came out and installed them / taking the old ones away. That is the toe of customer service that will always keep me coming back to Harvey for building products. They make quality products, and most importantly, they stand behind them.

Bought a spec house in 2005, we recently noticed that one of our windows had fogged over. I filled out a warranty request on the Harvey web site and was contacted immediately. The customer service was excellent, a replacement window was shipped to a local warehouse and i was able to replace it. No hassle, no argument. They stood behind their product!

I redid my sun porch using Harvey WIndows about 10 years ago. The windows still look great and have held up well. However, we had a problem with the interior glazing on a picture window so that the window was no longer clear. I called Harvey and was directed to Ken. Ken told me the window was still under warranty and Harvey would replace it in two to three weeks! What a painless conversation! I never expected it to be so easy!

Not only do they make really good products, but they stand firmly behind them! What more could one ask for?

Two of our windows, both of which were over 20 yea...

Two of our windows, both of which were over 20 years old, started to develop some air leakage problems and one window was cracked from an unfortunate bird strike. My expectations for replacing the two sashes were low given the age of the windows. The process to replace the sashes turned out to be exceptionally easy and pleasant. The warranty tech, Chris, gave me instructions on how to find the warranty tag which contained every piece of information needed to build the new sashes. Two pictures and no measurements! Our sashes were outside the warranty period, but the cost to replace both were very reasonable, a fraction of what it would cost to install new windows. Service throughout the process was courteous and professional. A great company to work with and a personal note of thanks to Chris.

Originally the transaction was very poor customer service. I called and spoke to Ben who told me that our window was still under warranty. We purchased 18 windows back in 2003 and a seal let go on just one window.

After confirming he would order he emailed me 1 week later to say he forgot to get our address and the window was not ordered. After sending our address I asked for confirmation. I emailed him twice and called and left a voice mail. He never responded to my request for confirmation, never ordered the window or made any contact with me.

After 2 weeks of frustration I called back and spoke to Bill. Great customer service and confirmed that Ben never ordered our window. Within 24 hrs Bill placed the order and sent me confirmation. We are now waiting for our window.

If I had to rate our transaction with Bill it would be 5 stars, If I had to rate it with Ben it would be 1 star, reason for the 3 star rating.

I spoke with Dennis Brunelle on the phone and via email and he was very helpful. He helped my get the correct replacement parts for a couple of my 20 years old Harvey windows. I love my windows and I m so glad I got the repair parts I needed to keep them in their best working condition for many more years to come. The glass is still crystal clear after 20 years and I love that I can tilt the window to clean the outsides.

Called the factory about some replacement flashing for windows I had installed in my home 25 years earlier. I was routed right to a guy who had been there far longer who, a) knew his craft, b) was highly efficient, c) was very personable, and d) figured out exactly what I needed and ordered it for me with no hassle or fuss. The best part: under Harvey's lifetime warranty it was FREE. No hidden "shipping" costs or "restock" fees or "service" fees. FREE. I just went to the local outlet and they handed me a box and an invoice for $350... with a 100% discount (net: FREE). Simple as that. Exemplary service for an exemplary product I would recommend strongly.

Installed majesty double hung windows. They look great, easy to maintain and clean and make a dent in my air conditioning bill. Installer said sometimes the seals break (not limited to Harvey). One did, easy form online and a replacement sash was on the way the next business day.

Great customer service. Thank you, Amanda for being so attentive. I am giving just 3 stars because of the way Harvey handles warranties. A piece on our window sash broke and was covered under the warranty, however this FREE replacement part cost me $15 for shipping. Hard to believe it actually cost that much for shipping a small item, an item that probably shouldn't have broken in the first place.

I called customer service about missing parts on Harvey windows installed in 2003. Within a couple of minutes Ryan directed me to find the warranty number and then he knew what parts I needed. A package of parts and a special tool will be mailed to me tomorrow. I also got email links for videos explaining installation and 3 contractors in my area in case I need help. I was so ready to be brushed off because the windows were old. This call was like Christmas. Ryan was helpful, patient, and polite. Harvey not only stands by their products they hire carefully to screen for the right people for the job.

I contacted Harvey BP Customer Support and was connected to a HUMAN (without a bunch of robo-voices in between!) and had the fortunate (luck) to be connected with Ryan G. Ryan spent a long time with me on the phone to be sure he and I had ALL the correct information to satisfy my needs and he coordinated the shipment of replacement parts, as well as providing me with the contact information for a Harvey "Approved" Contractor to provide the service. PERFECT Customer Service! Professional, polite, concerned and not rushing to get me off the phone. A GREAT Experience in the day of Robo/Computer "support" used by many companies.

We recently built a new home and decided to go with Harvey Windows. A few of our screens got damaged during shipping. Harvey sent David from the Field Service Department. He came out and assessed the damage and said that he would come back in April once the weather was better. (It was in the 20's that day!).
We didn't even have to wait until April. He came out last week. He took care of all of our screens and was very pleasant and efficient. He made sure he addressed any concerns I had before he left.
David made us feel very confident that we made the right decision in choosing Harvey.

After many years of struggling with old aluminum storm windows, my Harvey windows were installed in 2008. These windows are the best gift I ever gave myself - a significant reduction in heating costs, and so easy to clean. Recently I contacted Harvey Customer Service about one sash that developed a slight haze. They immediately verified the warranty and specifications and ordered a replacement sash. I am so pleased with the quality of the windows and the service that I am considering replacing a patio door with a Harvey door set.

I installed Harvey windows on the front sun porch of my home and they are beautiful. After about 16 years of service (direct sun, beating weather), one of the windows developed a crack in the seal.

I contacted Harvey and spoke with one of their customer service people (Ryan Gero). I found their customer service to be every bit as good as the windows. They replaced the defective sash at a greatly reduced price (even though the windows were 16 years old) and send me a perfect fit within three weeks.

My experience both using these windows over the long term, and with accessing their customer service department, has led me to believe that this is a first rate operation. I highly recommend this company - it makes good products and it stands behind them with excellent customer service.

One of the Harvey windows in my condo fogged up (originally installed 12 years ago). It was under a 20 year warranty. I called the customer service number for Harvey and gave them a number from a label on the top of the top sash. They said they would send me a replacement to a nearby location within 3 weeks. I already know that once I get it, it's very simple to replace. No other information was required, no pictures, nothing else at all. My neighbor already has done this same process very successfully. Customer service rep was very helpful and friendly.

Ordered windows and doors. The exterior door leaked thru the glass pane. Called and repair man showed up withing a few days. He knew what he was doing and determined that the glass had t be replaced. A week later he showed up first thing in the morning and had the door repaired within 20 minutes. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and clean. Very happy with the service and his professionalism.

I called in regards to several windows I had installed back in 99' ,
I can say that Ryan Gero in Customer Service is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. It is refreshing to get someone on the phone that believes in and is enthusiastic about the product.
He made the process a pleasure, I am looking forward to the warranty repairs knowing that there is a great support network waiting at Harvey's when you need them.
I will definitely be using Harvey products again.

Had their windows installed throughout my first home. Called them and got the name and number of a local dealer in my new area. The dealer (Hull Glass Plus) said he'd call back to set up a day and time to come out the following week. Never heard from him. Called a second time and still never heard from him. Sent a complaint email to Harvey about this dealer and they didn't respond. I guess their policy is to ignore prospective customers and they require the same from their dealers. I'll go with a different company that respects my time and potential business.

I have always used Harvey windows in our home. I was pleased to find that when we moved the new home had also used Harvey Windows as they are energy efficient and easy to clean.

However, some of the screen clips were missing and needed to be replaced. Knowing that Harvey was very customer oriented I called their Service Rep and told her of my situation. Not having the part number or age of the windows, Service Rep Maria, took the information I had and said she would get back to me.

In a short time she called me back and sent me a picture of the clip. Perfect it was the right one. I expect to pick them up free of charge at the local dealer.

Impressive company, from the product to the customer service rep. Thanks Maria. You represent Harvey well.

Often we find ourselves emailing or replying to companies about a problem and not satisfied with a company's performance. Today, Bill, was absolutely amazing. Was incredibly patient while researching a problem I was having with a window. After spending some time he found the necessary info, attempted to fix the problem over the phone, and when problem could not be resolved he setup a service call to remedy the problem. Few companies today actually deliver this kind of service. Thank you Bill and Harvey.

I needed a couple Harvey Windows replaced and upon the initial contact and every step of the way through the actual installation (which was this morning), I found this company to be consummate professionals. Ryan was the customer service representative. He could not have been more professional, accommodating, or personable. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the entire process was. I have stated many times to friends I felt as if I was purchasing a million dollars of Windows, not having windows replaced. We set up a time for the individuals to come do the installation. I was contacted when they were about an hour away, and they arrived exactly on time. The two gentlemen, John and Norman, were very friendly yet professional. They completed their work swiftly and efficiently. I honestly could not be happier with the work, the individuals representing this company, and the entire process. I highly recommend Harvey Builders without reservation.

We had a slider door mechanism break, there customer service representative (Amanda S) was commitments to making sure the product was ordered and delivered in a timely manner. In 1984, my mother replaced all her windows and a sliding door with Harvey. This August 2018, she had an issue with the door latch on her sliding door. I contacted Harvey Building Products to see if they would be able to provide my 96 year old mother with a replacement lock considering the door is now 34 years old. The rep I spoke with was so understanding and helpful. He sent us a new handleset with the keylock free of charge! Now that's what I call 5 star customer service! THANK YOU Harvey Building Products for standing by your product 34 years later! I would highly recommend you! :)

Today, 12/21/18, I called Jeff Thompson, of Harvey s on his cell phone to ask about getting one of our new windows repaired. It was a small issue and not urgent.

He happened to be in a neighboring time, and without hesitation, he offered to come by and take a look. Within one hour, Jeff was here and repaired our window!! On the Friday before Christmas when most people are already gone for the holiday, Jeff literally went out of his way to help us.

This is simply just phenomenal example of high level customer service and a testament to what a true professional Jeff Thompson is. I am writing this review today because, if Jeff is willing to go above and beyond for us, then I would be remiss if I did not recognize his fantastic work.

We had every window in our house replaced with new construction Harvey windows. What Jeff did for us today solidifies that we made the right choice for windows. He is the consummate professional and his work ethic and workmanship are impeccable.

I've had Harvey Majesty windows for about 8 years ...

I've had Harvey Majesty windows for about 8 years now and they have been great. Good initial quality and they are still looking and working just fine. Also, customer support were very responsive recently when I needed a small piece of hardware on one window replaced under warranty. I filled out the online order form, and the parts (they included a couple of spares which was very nice) were delivered promptly and without any issues.

I had been nagging my contractor for years about a window that needed to be replaced and wa sunder warranty. I contacted Harvey directly and my replacement pane was en route and arrived in just 2 weeks. When it arrived and was the wrong pane (totally my error) they remedied the situation quickly and I have my beautiful window back to normal. Ryan the rep was super responsive and helpful.

We were in the process of selling our house and the new buyers wanted a window replaced because of a seal failure and we only had three weeks until the closing. Called Harvey and the window was still under warranty. Dealt with a Jessica B. who placed the order for a new sash and kept me inform through the whole process and let me know when the sash would arrive. It arrived 1 week before the closing. Excellent customer service !

I had new Harvey vinyl windows (3 double rolling & 1 triple rolling) installed in my condo in October 2018. After the installation was complete, I noticed that the mechanism to hold the screens in place for the triple rolling window was unexpectedly different than the 3 double rolling windows. After a lot of communicating back and forth, a solution to fix the screen issue was proposed and then implemented. Problem solved-- I now have the exact product that I wanted thanks to the folks at Harvey!

I would like to note that ultimately the issue with the screens was likely due to the way my contractor placed the window order, but the folks at Harvey were very helpful and worked with me to understand exactly what the problem was and proposed (and implemented) a reasonable solution to fix it. They could have kicked the problem back to my contractor, but after realizing that the contractor was being less than helpful, they very kindly agreed to work with me individually to solve the problem.

Special thanks to Ryan Gero, Craig Brown, Jason (Jay), and Jeff for all of their help. Ryan, Craig, and Jason were all instrumental in determining an appropriate solution. Each of them spoke with me via telephone on numerous occasions, patiently answered all of my questions, remained calm even when I expressed frustration, and simply provided an exceptional level of customer service. Jeff (the technician who installed the solution) showed up on time, worked quickly, and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. He was very friendly and also took the time to make sure that any of my remaining questions were answered.

I won't hesitate to recommend Harvey windows to anyone in the future, not only for the quality products (we really love our new windows!) but also for the unparalleled customer service.

The entire process from identifying the windows and placing the order (done by Gene Bastien) and the actual replacement (done by Norm Picard) was made extremely easy and painless! We were very happy with the service we received through Harvey BP!!

When I placed an online order for some replacement pivot bars, I never expected a personal response from someone at my local Harvey Building Products. But within hours I got an email from Kenneth LaBonville in Londonderry, thanking me for my order and saying that I should receive it within a week. When I inquired about a replacement wooden window grid, he helped me order the correct item and size. I knew the pivot bars were covered under warranty, but Kenneth didn't charge for the window grid either. Communication was excellent; Customer Service was excellent!

Great service! First email about my broken glass Sunday night. Monday morning around 10 am the replacement sash was already ordered. All I had to do is to sent a picture of warranty label to them. Special thanks to Kenneth LaBonville who was my customer manager from Harwey.

We had Harvey windows installed in 2008. Recently I broke a couple window vent stops by opening the window too hard. After reaching out to Harvey customer service and asking to buy replacements via their website I was contacted and told new ones were already shipped to me. No questions asked. They definitely stand behind their products. A+ I m my book!
